5th Gen Adventures in Unova - RETURNS!

Could I have Ralts instead then, please? Thanks :D

A)Do you enjoy the fact that you can add drums to Accumula Town's music? Do you like the music with, or without the drums?

Man I love drums!!!!!!

What did you first initially think about Team Plasma's ideals of "Liberation"? Do you think that Team Plasma and N's ideals of Pokemon Liberation were in the right, or in the wrong? Should Pokemon be liberated from humans for them to be truly "equal" with humans?

I awlays tought that pokemon should have been given the right of choice between living in wild ant having a trainer, by the way may I get a Ralts please??????? :)

I'll join in. I'll be taking Tepig, if that's OK.

I can't remember Accumula's drums too well, but I certainly like the idea they had going on here.
What did you first initially think about Team Plasma's ideals of "Liberation"?
I thought it was nothing more than a cover-up. And guess what? It was a cover-up. Oh well, at least a few of the grunts really wanted to help the Pokémon.
Do you think that Team Plasma and N's ideals of Pokemon Liberation were in the right, or in the wrong?
Arguably in the right, but horrifically executed. If they only took Pokémon away from truly bad people, it would be fine, but that wasn't the case.
Should Pokemon be liberated from humans for them to be truly "equal" with humans?
No. They're equal whether they are with humans or not, so it seems pointless... unless they're with bad humans. Then yes, liberate them.

You have to have shown that you posted twice (or is it three?) elsewhere in the fifth gen forum and link them on a post in this thread to receive a Ralts

I dont know how to link im new
In the top right of every post there should be a thing when you hover over it that says something like "link to post, but load entire thread". Right click it and open it in a new tab, then copy the URL of that tab and paste it into your post. Doing it on your above post yields:

https://www.pokecommunity.com/showthread.php?p=9024268#9024268

You can also do the same thing with the post number, which'll just load that post. It'll look like this:

More updates with the new scenario are coming tomorrow! For sure. <33
For now, I will get your pokemon out of the way, and I'll edit in with the medals soon:

(Optional):*Bonus Post Challenges!*

You'll have a few optional challenges you can do in this scenario. You don't have to do both! There are:

A) What did you think of the Dreamyard? What sorts of secrets do you think it holds?

B) Battle for the Badge!

[PokeCommunity.com] Adventures in Unova - RETURNS!

"Welcome to the Striaton City Pokémon Gym."
"I'm Chili! I light things up with Fire-type Pokémon!"
"I'm a Water-type specialist, and my name is Cress. Pleased to make your acquaintance."
"And my name is Cilan. I like Grass-type Pokémon."

To do this optional event, you'll need to answer these questions below.

To get a BADGE from this event, you'll need at least either a Pansage, Pansear, or Panpour before answering these questions!

Which Gym Leader, Cilan, Cress, or Chili, did you enjoy battling against the most (or in general)? What did you think of the Striaton City Pokémon Gym in general? How hard was this Gym Battle for you?

Feel free to share thoughts!

If you have any questions about anything, feel free to ask! Enjoy. (:

What did you think of the Dreamyard? What sorts of secrets do you think it holds?

I found it a very intriguing location, since I am attracted to areas that are shrouded in mystery, and it was also making me curious why Team Plasma would kick that Munna just to get Dream Mist when it was never revealed why they wanted it. I also caught that HA Musharna in the postgame as well, and I was always curious as to why it was just sitting there.

I'll answer the badge question later.

Finally, a new scenario!

What did you think of the Dreamyard? What sorts of secrets do you think it holds?
It was alright, loved the Munna event in the main story and how you're given an Elemental Monkey there too.

One Pansear please:

Cilan since I liked him the most compared with Cress and Chilli. The Striaton City Gym is pretty interesting since not only it provided a decent introduction to new fans of the series (type advantages), having a gym in a restaurant is bizarre but hilarious. Is it hard? Slightly for me and I wondered if it's possible to beat it without the Elemental Monkey usage.

Just to be clear - because this scenario was delayed a bit, I'll accept posts that were made after or during December 6th (because that's when it was initially planned).

I'll update the posts later - but just make sure that your posts are up to date or I won't accept them!

I'd like a Pansage please! :)

As for the questions
What did you think of the Dreamyard? What sorts of secrets do you think it holds?
- I thought the Dreamyard was very mysterious and spooky honestly. I definitely would have liked to better understand why Team Plasma wanted the Dream Mist but oh well. Anyways, exploring it postgame was a lot of fun and was full of strong players that i enjoyed battling. I definitely feel like there is more of a history there that i wish could've been delved into more by the developers.

Which Gym Leader, Cilan, Cress, or Chili, did you enjoy battling against the most (or in general)? What did you think of the Striaton City Pokémon Gym in general? How hard was this Gym Battle for you?
- Lets see... I believe I've battled against them all and i enjoyed battling Chili the most. Some of that is because i find Panpour to be the most fun to use of the Elemental Monkeys but also that i just enjoy Chili as a whole. I think he is the best of the leaders there and definitely the hardest in my opinion, allowing for a good, hard first gym battle. The gym in general was a great concept with blatantly putting you at a disadvantage at first and forcing you to catch another Pokemon so that you could win. As said before this gym was appropriately difficult for a first gym and I really liked that. That first time i played through I definitely freaked out a bit when I lost cause that never happens but once I understood the concept, it has become one of my favorite gyms in the region.

I'll take a Panpour so I can do the Gym:

It was kinda new and different to have 3 possible choices for the Gym leader battle and it was nice to see them do something new for a gym battle. I never found the battle difficult at all since the Striation City Gym is designed specifically for newcomers to Pokemon, to introduce them to the type chart......and I've been doing this for a while. Can't say I really have a preference for one of them over the others.

I think the Gym was quite different, because like Nah stated, it was mainly to introduce you to simple type matchups and you were forced into battling the one who your starter was no match for, which serves as an incentive to detour to the Dreamyard and pick up the elemental monkey who can help you defeat the Gym Leader.

I think Cilan, Chili and Cress were an interesting trio of brothers, but they all had hair and names that fitted with their chosen types very well. I didn't find this Gym that hard, at least the monkey (I had Pansear when I battled Cilan), the real threat imo is the Lillipup since Work Up makes them into wrecking machines at such an early stage of the game.

Well, I have a Fire-type and a Water-type, so let's catch a Pansage!

What did you think of the Dreamyard? What sorts of secrets do you think it holds?

I liked the appearance of Team Plasma in the Dreamyard — it was the first sign that they didn't exactly practice what they preached. I also liked being able to find a Hidden Ability Musharna there, and getting an Elemental Monkey was pretty cool. There's quite a bit of mystery about the Dreamyard, and I would have liked to see it investigated more, but it's good as is.

Which Gym Leader, Cilan, Cress, or Chili, did you enjoy battling against the most (or in general)? What did you think of the Striaton City Pokémon Gym in general? How hard was this Gym Battle for you?

As a character, I like Cress the most — he's cool, calm and confident, and was the one I battled when I started the game the second time. The Striaton Gym itself was an interesting idea, and worked really well — facing a different opponent depending on your starter is really clever, and I'd love to see something similar in future games.

The gym itself wasn't too bad, since I put Pansage on my team. In fact, Cress's Panpour wasn't a problem — his Lillipup was. I had no idea of Pickup's new in-battle effect, so I gave my own Lillipup an Oran Berry, thinking it would help her hang on for longer. What actually happened was that the battle turned into a long cycle of each Lillipup stealing the effect of the other's Oran Berry, and the fact that my opponent had Work Up meant that I wasn't likely to win that struggle. I think I eventually had to bring in my Tepig before my Lillipup got flattened. Panpour was much easier to deal with.

First, may I have a Pansage? It's a pretty cool Pokemon.

A) What did you think of the Dreamyard? What sorts of secrets do you think it holds?

I thought the Dreamyard seem like an interesting place. It look abandoned with grass and had three different levels. It is somewhat odd that Munna can only be found there in Unova. There might be a special quality that the Dreamyard has.
