I usually find myself enjoying western animation more than anime, although I don't think it's a bad genre at all! I just see it as a different artstyle and a piece of media with different cultural influences. I don't really care about what is "the best movie/show genre", there's no such thing as that to me. I do believe though that anime can be very enjoyable.

speaking of anime...
Naruto is kinda overrated.
 
There are other more important things that should be free that aren't free either, so... 🙄

People charge WAY too much for things they think are 'collectible'.
 
Agree, I went to a book store about a year ago and saw a sealed copy of Emerald they were selling for FIVE HUNDRED DOLLARS. It's insane to me that people are willing to throw around that amount of money for a mass-produced cardboard box.

The Switch 2 should be backwards compatible.
 
Backwards compatibility is always nice. But not very profitable. Especially Nintendo is in a position where they can easily get a lot of money by selling you games you already bought. ^^"

Indeed, I'd love to be able to fully replace my Switch with the Switch 2 though because for some reason my TV only has 1 HDMI port and the Switch itself is slightly banged up (a hairline scratch or 2 on the screen, scuffs) from 4.5 years of use. Regarding your actual question, agree as long as it doesn't harm the gameplay, it's great seeing video games slowly overcome the stereotype of being mindless kids entertainment.

2023 has been an excellent year for gaming.
 
I don't know. I don't really keep myself in the loop and am currently on a backlog reducing spree rofl
Tried to look up a list of games released in 2023, but that list is way too long for me to want to delve through it to see if it's mostly games I'd consider good or not.
I'll just put this on disagree.

You should formulate your own opinion instead of following those of others.
 
I have to disagree. Especially when it comes to ice cream!

I like cash and use it in my daily life. I wouldn't want to change that. But I know a lot of people complain that everything should be digital and cash should go die for all they care.
At the same time I don't believe it'll go. And if it did all the homeless people would have another massive problem. ^^"
 
Disagree, ads aren't really that bad and they help keep the web free. For example, while the advertising on PC is kinda annoying; it very likely wouldn't exist or would be paywalled if everyone used adblockers. It's a bit of a prisoners dilemma; it's better for the individual if they block ads, but everyone ends up worse off if everyone blocks them.

Super Mario is better then the Legend of Zelda.
