Agree or Disagree

I think I'll disagree. You need to use your brain to play chess well. And your brain is pretty much a muscle that needs to be trained. Sports requires you to use some kind of muscle; be that rl sports, eSports and whatnot. Therefor chess is a sports.

Restrictions are necessary for creativity.
Agree. I am one that needs rules to think properly. Besides, logic is one and can be taught, while it seems to me that everyone is creative in their own way.
Spoiler:
Creativity is pretty much just remixing ideas that already exist. Doesn't matter if you take an existing Pokemon and draw it in a different color. Or randomly stubling upon a stick while outside and then creating a new Pokemon based off of that stick.

I think the only difference in terms of creativity comes from whether you base your stuff off of logical thinking or if it's based off of impressions you get from the world around you (aka feelings)

I'm mainly gonna disagree because of the word necessary. They can help to make you think outside of the box sure, but I don't consider them to be an essential requirement.

It's impossible to do anything right; someone will always complain.

Agree. In my experience, there's always someone to complain about the slightest detail.

It's hard to think about the big picture.

Personally agree. Never learned much while I was winning as I was too busy enjoying myself. Complete opposite during struggle periods.

There is no context wherein digital piracy is ethical.

Agree. Example: Holocaust deniers exist and Antisemitism very much exists. I think the quote goes something like "if we don't learn from history we are bound to repeat it"?

Ketchup is still the best with fries.

We could probably have long and complicated discussions about ethics in terms of economics, ownership/copyright, "death of the author" and the likes. I think I personally disagree.

Disagree, though ketchup is in the Top 5. These days my first choice is with ice cream, to balance out the hot saltiness with cold sweetness~

No single individual should ever need to be making a billion dollars a month.

Disagree. There are bad teachers but there are bad learners too.
The main thing is: there are teaching methods that suit some people but not others, and unfortunately you can't know which teaching method is best for you.

School needs to teach other topics.

Agree, but which ones? I know some people would like them to learn how to file taxes and stuff. But I've also heard that teaching these kinds of things also comes with some severe downsides (actually can't remember the specifics, sorry).

Nintendo is not as great of a company as many make them out to be.

Disagree since I have on several occasions in the past gone to the cinema without ordering/buying anything whatsoever there.
Doesn't mean I don't like a bowl of popcorn or the likes while watching a movie though. I'm just not always in the mood =3

The food you get in a restaurant tastes better than what you make yourself.

Agree. I nearly made that a question in my last post.

Unhealthy food generally tastes better than nutritious food

Agree. Fat, salt and sugar taste better and we tend to eat too much of them, because we're biologically programmed to eat them (fat + sugar are easy calories and salt is very rare in nature).

Weight loss is simple but difficult.

I was thinking about psychology, economics, sociology, the law :)

Agree. Just eat less and better food. But what is better food and how much do you need to eat to be healthy? And what about special occasions? Do you need to eat well all the time or can you eat something bad sometimes? And even if you do eat well for decades you still might not be out of the woods. Rebounds can happen anytime and suddenly you're back to where you started. And it might not even be your fault.

It's not possible for everyone to have a good life.

Given that there are jerks for who a good life would include certain other people or groups of people having a bad life, yea I'll Agree.

If it's not broken, you shouldn't try to fix it.

Kinda agree. I am clearly not a perfectionist, but I like to improve things sometimes. In my case, I'm refering to programming. I sometimes refactor a working code because I want to optimize something.
Spoiler:

We will fix climate change.

As for the questions you're asking, generally everyone does their own thing ^^
I tend to eat only two unhealthy meals a week (PIZZAAAAAAA), but when I go out I just don't care about the healthiness :)
The idea is: have a healthy base and don't derive too many times in a week :)
The best diet is the diet you can sustain your whole life, so clearly it should not challenge you every day.

It's not possible for everyone to have a good life.

You deserve some hug again 🤗

Disagree. I'm not informed enough on the subject, from what I observed this is an issue that keeps getting shoved into a backrow.

Movie theatre concession stands are too expensive.
