anybody highly addicted to Pokemon?

    I am SO addicted to Pokemon that it seem every conversation turns to Pokemon, and I frequently use Pokemon examples in my everyday life, for example I posted onto Facebook when I bowled extremely well for two straight weeks the following status "This Bowling alley must be a hoarding ground for Fire Type Pokemon, the second week in a row, I am on fire, the lane is burning hot!" and it seems I tie Pokemon into my statuses a lot, you can tell I am addicted! like in the game there is PokeNerds and PokeFans, I could be both at once or be my own title of PokeAddict! is anybody else addicted to Pokemon?
     
    I'm not like highly addicted or anything but I have always enjoyed pokemon.
    I mean I don't go around saying stuff like u just got slowpoked lol or anything like that but
    I will say its one of my fav franchise of them all.
     
    I may or not having been doing that 10 years ago, nowadays my Pokemon addiction phases won't go beyond excessive playing. And maybe annoying friends with stories about my latest success in Pokemon if there is really nothing better to discuss.
     
    I think you may need an intervention...
     
    I loved Pokemon when it started (I was around 3-4 years old) but I didn't become the fan I am today until I played my first Pokemon game, Ruby in 2003.

    I have now owned 3 Pokemon DVDs (all from Season 6: Pokemon Advanced) plus my brother and I own the following games between us: Ruby, Sapphire, Emerald, Diamond, Pearl, Platinum, HeartGold and SoulSilver. We also plan on getting Black and White later in the year. My brother wants to play White and I want to play Black.

    In my childhood I had a Pikachu soft toy. I no longer own him, though.

    Pikachu was actually the first Pokemon I got to know.

    I only brought my games to my old school once or twice (to trade!) and if I can last that time without them, my mother cannot continue to whine I'm addicted.

    I always want to bring Pokémon related stuff in conversations, though. There's some sort of toliet roll company in my old school that made the toliet roll holders. It was called 'Esprit'. Every single day, I was so tempted to draw an 'M' in front of it.
     
    Yeah, although I don't like to admit it, I'd say I'm addicted to it. I'm also addicted to Anime.
    All I ever think about is Pokemon and Anime, so that's a giveaway.
     
    I'm not highly addicted to Pokemon but I still love the game series and I'm not tired of it--yet.
     
    I'd say I was highly addicted to it 2-3 years ago. Now I've calmed down a bit on playing the games. I still play a lot, but I wouldn't call it an addiction.
