Have you ever been jealous of your friends? Maybe for a talent they can do that you can't? Or how about being able to do something you can't do?

For me, I'd say that a few of my friends are able to do things I wish i could do. Drawing is one of them. However, to make up for drawing, I guess I could say I'm a good writer. D:

Yes, because me friend gets straight A's, although he's jealous of me because I can do everything else (even though I basically get most A's).

Not all. Even though I'm one of the top students, I'm jealous of their talents. Mainly in sports and wealth(plus health).

I...can't say I've ever felt that. XD; I admire people but that doesn't necessarily make me jealous of them, I know I have my fair share of skills and that alone helps me get through pretty much anything.

Well, not really "jealous" per se. Let's say they have something I really like to have and I can't get it(or learn it) because there are some things that hindered me from getting it.

iget jealous. of people who can make images better than me. which considering i'm in a class full of 'em, 4 full days a week, it's a big green monster. ijust try my hardest. ialso get jealous of my friends who are better at music then me. since these are the two main things ido. also iget jealous of anyone who has higher practical physical capabilities than me generally...

    All of the time.

I'm in band, and have been for like 9 years now... I've always been surrounded by people with that natural talent that always keeps them in first chair and gets them section leader when you know they never practiced much at all.

Of course now that I'm in college the people that don't practice and don't care are being rooted out... but there are still people that hate their instrument and never practice and are a thousand times better than I ever could be.

I have been, yes. Usually it's less about their talents and more about what they have that I don't. Usually, close friendships. It sucks, being a loner. D:

Can't say I've felt that way in awhile, though.

↑ That. Only I have more to say about it. XD Although I am a total jealous case, the jealousy usually goes away after a while.

The only thing about my friends that I'm 'jealous' of per se is that somehow, people always want to be with them, and no matter how I try, others would rather be around them than me. o_o; It's hard to describe. XD

No me and my friends are never jealous of each other.

    This.

I was going to say something similar. But no point when I can just quote you XD

    NO YOU CAN'T! >:O

I'm often jealous of my friends, but usually over small, petty things like "omg, they got the last slice of pizza ;__;" or something like that.

I often become jealous of my friends, and yet I'm proud of them at the same time. Sure, I wish I was on the receiving end of the good stuff they're gettin', but I figure they earned it more than I.

Jealousy is only a fleeting emotion anyway. Best to just suck it in, put on a happy face, and move on with your day. Just look forward to that one day when you get something they don't... XD

Is that petty of me? I think it is.

    ^This. XDDD;

Seriously, though, there's nothing wrong with fleeting jealousy; it's a natural human emotion. It's only when it consumes you. :S
