Bed time!

Sleep at 12 or 1 AM (preferably 12 but we can't have that now can we), occasionally 2 when the interwebs is very exciting. I am a night person so it's not like I'm keeping myself awake forcefully. Usually sleep 7 to 9 hours, sometimes 10 when I have the time and need to. Unfortunately, I got three 9 AM classes this period, so currently I'm absolutely suffering from lack of sleep every day.

I go to sleep at about 11:30 and wake up at 7:30, it's really not enough sleep but oh well, maybe one day I'll change.

My sleeping schedule is never static. One week, I might sleep at 10 PM, and another week I might sleep at 10 AM. Basically, I'm a night person.

I usually fall asleep at 22-23 in the evening and wake up around 07 in the morning. UTC+1!

Work times dictate this rather strict and consistent schedule. I even awake early in the weekends. I wonder what vacation will do to me...

Shift work means I don't have any sort of sleep pattern, which really sucks. One day I might have to wake up for work at 5:30 in the morning, so I'll be in bed by 11, but some other days I don't have to be at work until 2:30 in the afternoon, which means I can pretty much go to bed and sleep in until whenever.

In a perfect world, I'd like to be in bed by 1 AM and wake up at about 9, but I can't see that happening in my near future.

Usually in bed anywhere between 11pm - 12am. I'm usually up at 5:45am for work. Though half the time I hit the snooze button a couple times before actually get up lol.

I fall asleep and wake up and fall asleep again for an arguably a less amount of time

speaking of which i soon be sleeping now lol

It depends. Right now I go to sleep between midnight and 2:00am, and wake up between 8:00am and noon. However, when I'm at college, it's usually sleeping at midnight and waking up at 6am. Depends on my schedule that term of course.

I work in the afternoons, so my sleep schedule is extremely wack. I'm asleep by 2-3 am, and awake by 10, sometimes 11 am. Then it messes me up when I am scheduled in the mornings, there are times that I'd be asleep 90% of the day.
