I've never really had an encounter with jellyfish before, but hopefully I don't if I ever go to the beach again. :p

I'm a jellyfish :D well I was and I never stung anyone ;D
 
I purposely don't go to the beach because of jellyfish, sand, and murky waters. Here it's so murky...
 
I purposely don't go to the ocean because mass production has turned it into a living cesspool of horrendous toxic garbage of which the caliber we can only imagine.

It's one of the few things I miss from the time before the industrial revolution. ;D

Am I the only one who has no problem going into the ocean. I've scuba dived before, fun times. I really wish the water in Monterey wasn't so cold, though. Cabo San Lucas was waaay warmer.

I'm a surfer. I can't get away from the water. That's why I hate jellyfish. They ruin my good time.

Also. The worst part about the beach is definitely the sand. It's a pain in the ass to get off without ruining your car.
 
I've been in the ocean before, and it was never really anything bad. And i've never seen jellyfish in there before, at least not the stinging kind.

How ironic that I discuss this, since Jellicent is one of my favorite Pokémon, and the male has been said to look like the Pringles man. :P
 
Why are we still talking about the beach and the ocean? ;; I think I've exhausted everything. I avoid it like the plague though it's nearby.
 
I'd like to say that out the over 400 species of sharks known to be on the planet, only about 20 or so pose any significant threat to humans.

I've been surfing by my peer a few times. There's a couple barracudas and a couple smaller sharks as well. They really don't seem to even come near me. It's a little sketchy though.
 
So what's an interesting topic that y'all think is?

(you know that the DCC has reached an all-time low when I have to ask this question)
