If nothing else, Acnologia can handle August probably.

He seems way too powerful for anyone to beat him, but Natsu or someone else will probably figure out a way. This being said, I'd really like to see Natsu and Zeref work together to beat Acnologia, the Spriggan 12 and Fairy Tail combined could be super powerful. I feel like a good strategy is to eliminate Acnologia first then fight once he's gone. Kinda off topic, but I also want to see Zeref vs. Mavis. They're my two favorite characters and I want to see more interaction between them during the war.

By the way, Aisu, you just ranked up to S-Class in club rankings! :)

I'm pretty sure it would be stupid to not be concerned about Acnologia. Just because he's concerned doesn't necessarily mean he can't beat him. I will admit that I'm starting to have my doubts about August, in terms of his strength, but his full power is yet to be seen. I bet he'll still go crazy on Acnologia though, it'll at least be a good fight. I don't think Acnologia really cares about August though, it's mostly the Dragon Slayers he cares about. Remember in the scene where Acnologia kills God Serena he completely ignores August, Jacob, Warrod, Jura, Hyberion, and Wolfheim. I think he'll just toss August aside and forget about him.

Which character do you want to see a backstory for and why? It has to be someone who we don't know the backstory of.

I personally want to know more about Acnologia. I wonder how he was selected to become the first Dragon Slayer and what his life was like growing up. He's kind of a mystery, in terms of his identity, so I'd like to see a lot more from him.

Reason for Joining: I like to relate to all of the Fairy Tail fans and followers since I've genuinely liked Fairy Tail among the big three shounen mangas and animes for the longest of times. Also, Fairy Tail is legit and i legitimately love it. its something I've openly talked about when i was lurking around Anime and Manga DCC.

Answer to Current Topic: I really want to find out more with Kagura since i found her to be one of the more interesting characters since i got back to watching a few months ago. I mean dang, for some reason, i want to see more of her, like her motives, her views, what's the source of her badassery. Also Kagura's my 2nd favorite character.

Okay, freakin' Bradman, jeez. I just read that chapter for the third time, and he has such a cool power! His "death aura" makes sense now, it's anti-ethernano particles that emit from his body. Also, I really want some background on him now, I wonder if he's from the Books of Zeref. He must be insanely powerful if he can use all of the demon gates' curse abilities. I'm officially a fangirl of Bradman, that's the kind of magic (or curse, I guess) that I'd like to use if I could.

Also, in regards to Pebbles' last message, it's all good. I also realized that I was a hypocrite when I sent that message, and I was like "oh crap". Also I actually do want to be friends with you. I feel awkward on here a lot being in groups of members that know each other well and then me being the outsider all the time. It'd just be nice to get to know some people on here. Anyways, I can't wait to see what you can come up with for the banner, thanks again! Also, that thing about staying on the moderators' good side was a joke. All in good fun :)

EDIT 2: BIG UPDATE!: I've decided that after becoming "god rank" in this club, you will be allowed to pick up a new additional type of magic and begin ranking yourself up as a new type wizard. You also are allowed to create an alternate identity for yourself (i.e. Salamander). In my opinion, this will make ranking up even more fun and rewarding in the club. I hope you like this development, please give any positive or negative feedback you may have, if you want to.

I was a fan of Gajeel since the beginning, I knew he would do something big eventually. He definitely didn't disappoint.

I'd like to bring something else up about August specifically. In the new chapter, he said, in response to Brandish asking what happened to God Serena, "He's here with me". Number one, that rune thing on his arm looks really cool, I'm curious what that represents. Number two, I have a couple theories about what August meant. He could mean that he somehow switched God Serena out for a decoy and used spacial magic to hide him in another dimension. Who says August can't see into the future, so maybe he predicted Acnologia's attack. My other theory is that he somehow absorbed God Serena's soul into his body and stole his Dragon Slayer magic. Either way, something's up. Also, I'm curious whether August's knowledge of magic extends to curses as well. That'd be cool if he could use Bradman's curses against Natsu in battle.

Can't wait for Chapter 488!

Okay, so I'd also like to mention something about Irene. She obviously must be powerful if other Spriggans say she's about equal to August in power, which is said to be greater than even Zeref's magical abilities. I know a lot of people are thinking that her magic has to do with changing the climate. I say they're wrong, and here's why. I will admit that her presence clearly changes the climate around her, but that's probably not the whole extent of her magic. To me, it seems like at the end of Chapter 486, she's charging up some attack or spell in order to prepare for Acnologia. At the end of the chapter, Zeref seems pretty afraid of Irene's little personal mission, indicating that she's not someone to be messed with. My prediction is that she has something similar to Jellal with Heavenly Body Magic. Either way, there's no possible way that changing the climate could put her equal to August's power.

Also, I'd like to make a small prediction and say Gildarts will step in before August gets the chance to destroy Natsu (I honestly don't have much faith in Natsu in his current state). It would be hype if Gildarts has unlocked some crazy new magic power since the one year time skip. It always seemed like Gildarts was stronger than even the Wizard Saints, so I wonder how he'd fare against the Wizard King himself. Also, it seems kind of strange to me that Rahkeid, the only Spriggan we haven't seen, hasn't been shown anywhere yet except for his shadow in Chapter 484. I have a feeling that he's one of the more powerful members or he has some special ability, considering that he's going to be the last Spriggan to be revealed. He's obviously bad news, since he's in a squad with Bradman and Irene. I have a feeling he'll appear next chapter since it looks like Bradman is basically done for. The only problem is that Crime Sorcière (the Oración Seis group) is the only group of wizards who are strong enough to take on a Spriggan.

Anyways, I thought up a NEW TOPIC!

What are your predictions for the next few manga chapters?

It seems obvious to me that the titles of the recent chapters are counting down to something (The Fourth Guest, The Third Seal, etc.). Once it reaches one, something crazy is gonna happen, I know it. My prediction is that by then Cana will break the lacrima holding Mavis' body and she'll release Fairy Heart on Alvarez and Acnologia. I also have a feeling that there's gonna be some big character development that chapter, maybe even a prelude to the final battle. Another possibility is that Natsu might unlock his E.N.D form finally and totally annihilate Acnologia and Zeref. The final option I can think of is that Zeref and Natsu will make the big decision to team up and fight Acnologia together.

Anyways, enough talk, I promise I'll do an anime-related topic next. For now though, let's just talk a little bit of theory. Can't wait to hear your predictions, and furthermore, for the next few chapters!

Speaking of cons in our country, there's going to be a nice Con in a few days, June 10-12, and I'll look for some hopefully decent FT cosplays and merch of course.

Speaking of cons, always bring enough money and a really good camera. I'm half tempted to just wear a suit and shades when i go to a con so that at least I look like I'm in a costume and not just some punk with his friends looking for merch xD
