I don't even get it anymore. ):

She's actually studying in Harvard right now. O_o She enrolled herself in the Owner/President Program. Hmm, she might be planning to take over something. :P

That's a bit over the top, but I will admit, if I was 18 during the last Presidential Election, I would have voted for Stephen Colbert.

But I was 17 and cried when he dropped out of the race ):

I have no idea who I'd vote for in the 2012 election. Obama hasn't been doing a good enough job, yet I don't believe any of the Republican candidates would do any better. I think I'd much rather have Miror B. or Waluigi as president, to be honest.

I don't know if it's exactly the same here, but in general, the face of a party is just that - a face. You should be voting for the party that you feel will do the best job, not just the leader. A political party should be governed by focusing on the priorities that define them. You could suggest that one person should only ever vote for one party, as at the core, they shouldn't change. People who vote based on the promises that leaders make and how much they like the leader are pretty easily swayed, IMO.

That's more important down here, because both of the leaders of the major parties are pretty hard to take seriously and aren't seeming to deliver on their promises, lol.
