Two ways denied, because Water is already paired with every other type, and Grass/Fire is kind of confusing to consider as either the Grass or Fire starter. Sorry, but this has to be.

Granted! The starters are Surskit, Ferroseed and Houndour.

I wish the Eternal Flower Floette was given away already.
 
Granted, but it has the base stat total of Sunkern!

I wish to find the entire Pokemon anime series on my computer!

I wish Thousand Arrows and Thousand Waves could actually be learned by Pokémon.

Granted but you can only do so when you have no pokemon on you.

Granted, but due to a glitch, every time you try and ride it the game's professor will tell you there's a time and place for everything, but not now.

I wish my budgie wouldn't hog the keyboard for some wicked and/or cute bird Mons to appear in the next Gen!

Granted. I've sent a comet, but Rayquaza will most likely destroy it anyway.
