I wish they gave more love to the Pokémon that don't evolve to or from anything.

I wish most Bug types stood more of a chance than just "strong beginners, weaker later" sorta deal.

I wish people would stop saying "Pokémon is for kids".

I wish something other than Pichu was the electric rodent for Johto.

I wish that the starters in Sun & Moon are all good competitively.
