Granted, you have to unlock each Pokemon through some process in game.

I wish there were more ingame fusions, kind of like Kyurem.

Wish granted, but the fusions always work against each other in some way. (Like say, a Pidgey and Voltorb together wouldn't be able to fly, or use any moves that would require flying, or a Marill and a Girafarig would be a Normal/Water type, instead of Fairy/Psychic, or Water/Psychic. Plus the nature and what-not would be whatever would work against the Pokemon, if possible, et cetera...)

I wish that I could see the IVs of a Pokemon BEFORE I waste my time/Pokeballs catching it.

I wish Arcanine could have a Mega Evolution.

Granted, but then it literally becomes a "Legendary" Pokémon, and gets banned from tournaments due to becoming severely overpowered!

I wish Poké Balls had a much higher catch rate.

I wish GameFreak came and said "There will be no Mega Flygon or Mega Milotic. We actually know what we are doing and feel that we need to give Mega Evolutions to some underrated, forgotten Pokemon that deserve more love."

I wish you could just ask for a Pokémon to join your party, making them follow you in free will, without needing Pokéballs or something.

Granted, but they will immediately be demoted to "Rival" status, and as a result, the new protagonist will defeat them in every single battle. :/

I wish Dunsparce was a Legendary Pokémon.

Granted, but can only be obtained through an event exclusive to Japan.

I wish there was an bike that could make eggs hatch faster when riding it.
