Dark type moves now hit ghost-types neutral. Ghost-types also now take super-effective damage from normal-type moves.

I wish for a fishing rod even better than the super rod

Granted, but once it teleports you the first time it gets left behind. You never see it again and now you're lost.

I wish for the confusion status effect to stop making my Pokemon beat themselves up.

Granted, being in a bag 24 hours a day is considered cruel and unusual punishment, Lily loses custody of Nebby and is sent to jail. You rejoice at first, until the judges makes you the new guardian of Nebby! He orders you to keep Nebby in your party at all times for its safety. Nebby also walks behind you in the overworld everywhere you go, constantly crying and demanding you buy stuff for it.

I wish all the clothes featured in the windows of the apparel shop was actually purchase inside the stores in SM.

Granted. There's now a tree that requires you to use cut on it at your front door when you start the game though.

Granted, they are now easier to catch than Magikarp. They also turn into Magikarp after you catch them.

I wish for a Pokemon region based of Iceland.

Granted, but the entire text for the game is written in Scandinavian runes from the middle ages, and no copies will be translated into any other language.

Granted, but since you're all poor traveling performers, you can't afford pokeballs and so the game doesn't involve pokemon at all. It's just you doing the same circus acts over and over.

I wish to be able to move diagonally in games before x and y

I wish for Poison-type legendary Pokémon.
