And since those attacks don't do much, it has time for 2 Swords Dances and then can:

Conkeldurr@leftovers
252 HP / 252 Atk
Ability: Iron Fist
Adamant Nature
-Mach Punch
-Drain Punch
-Knock Off
-Poison Jab/Ice Punch.

Conkeldurr can tank any hits from bisharp, then Mach Punch can OHKO with Priority. Knock off slams psychic switch ins. poison jab ( i think conk can learn it) slams fairy switches, Ice punch slams flying switches.

Nature: Adamant
Ability: Intimidate
EVs: 156 HP, 72 Attack, 96 Defense, 180 Sp.Defense, 4 Speed
Moves: Waterfall, Bounce, Dragon Dance, Taunt

lols at Mach and Drain Punch, and Knock Off/Ice Punch/Poison Jab aren't terribly damaging either:

-1 252+ Atk Iron Fist Conkeldurr Ice Punch vs. 156 HP / 96 Def Gyarados: 83-98 (22.4 - 26.4%) -- 21.5% chance to 4HKO
-1 252+ Atk Conkeldurr Knock Off (97.5 BP) vs. 156 HP / 96 Def Gyarados: 89-105 (24 - 28.3%) -- possible 5HKO after Leftovers recovery
-1 252+ Atk Conkeldurr Poison Jab vs. 156 HP / 96 Def Gyarados: 73-87 (19.7 - 23.5%) -- possible 6HKO after Leftovers recovery

Then happily Bounces on Conk's head until it suffers severe brain damage.

Manectric @ Manectite
Ability: Intimidate
EVs: 128 SpA / 252 Spe / 128 Def
Timid Nature
- Thunderbolt
- Volt Switch
- Overheat
- HP Ice

Mega Manectric's Intimidate will lower the Gyarados's attack so Bounce and Waterfall will do nothing. (if Manectric did not switch in) Use a Thunderbolt and Gyarados is dead.

Mega Manectric attacks Gyarados:
128 SpA Mega Manectric Thunderbolt vs. 156 HP / 180 SpD Gyarados: 468-552 (126.4 - 149.1%) -- guaranteed OHKO

Gyarados attacks with Waterfall to the Manectric that just switched in:
72+ Atk Gyarados Waterfall vs. 0 HP / 128 Def Manectric: 153-181 (54.4 - 64.4%) -- guaranteed 2HKO (It survives!)

Intimidated Gyarados attacks with Waterfall to the Mega Manectric:
-2 72+ Atk Gyarados Waterfall vs. 0 HP / 0 Def Mega Manectric: 75-88 (26.6 - 31.3%) -- guaranteed 4HKO

Venusaur @ Venusaurite
Ability: Thick Fat
EVs: 252 HP, 252 SpA, 4 Def
Bold Nature
-Leech Seed
-Sludge Bomb
-Giga Drain
-Synthesis

Swampert can't touch Mega Venusaur and Mega Venusaur can heal all of its HP back with Giga Drain.

Gliscor @Toxic Orb
Ability: Poison Heal
EVs: 252 HP / 184 Def / 232 Spe
Impish nature
- Substitute
- Toxic
- Earthquake
- Protect

Gliscor can come in, only really susceptible to Zapdos' Heat wave, which only has a low chance of a 4HKO. From then, once Gliscor has a sub up, Zapdos is perpetually stalled and Gliscor can just wait for Zapdos to faint due to Toxic.

Excadrill@Air Balloon
252 Atk / 252 Speed / 6 HP
Adamant Nature
Trait: Sand Rush (active)
- Swords Dance
- Iron Head

- Rock Slide

^ Is why SubToxic Gliscor sucks. Something it should be countering (and is one of the best counters in the game to) walls it lol. :P

Hawlucha @ Air Balloon
Ability: Unburden
EVs: 252 Atk / 252 Spd / 4 Def
Adamant Nature

- High Jump Kick
- Brick Break

Nasty Plot Simisage is a good check, resisting Scald and OHKOing with a Life Orb +2 Leaf Storm after a Calm Mind boost.

Simisage
Item: Life Orb
Nature: Timid
~ Nasty Plot
~ Leaf Storm
~ HP Rock
~ Focus Blast

You should use something like Grass Knot over Leaf Storm on your Simisage.

Anyway....

Latios @ Life Orb
Trait: Levitate
EVs: 4 HP / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
Timid Nature

- Calm Mind
- Dragon Pulse
- Hidden Power Steel
- Psyshock / Roost

Doesn't care about anything Simisage does, can set up a Calm Mind if it decides to set up with Nasty Plot, and 2HKOes with Psyshock. Hidden Power Steel is used on this Latios to catch some Fairy-type Pokemon and 2HKO them, whereas most of them can't OHKO back after a Calm Mind.

FYI, STAB Psyshock does the same amount of damage as a 2x super effective HP Steel (in case you didn't know, Hidden Power got nerfed to a fixed base power of 60 instead of a potential power of 70 depending on IVs).

Anyway:

Klefki
[PokeCommunity.com] Counter that Pokémon

-Spikes
-Play Rough
-Foul Play
-Thunder Wave
Nature: Impish
EVs: 252 HP/252 Def/4 SDef
Item: Leftovers
Ability: Prankster

Klefki takes nothing from Dragon Pulse, while shrugging off Hidden Power or Psyshock. It then cripples Latios with Thunder Wave or 2HKOs it with Play Rough.

Earth Power should be able to finish it off with one hit or two. If the battle somehow lasts longer than expected, then the classic Rest + Sleep Talk combo should work.
