Greninja is an Uber. And if Greninja wasn' t even an Uber in the first place, it's not a counter to Excadrill, as it can't switch into Earthquake. Even then, I hope you realize that Power-Up Punch is a bad option on it, and it gained better coverage options in OR/AS in Gunk Shot and Low Kick; even then, Hydro Pump (or Surf) still is enough to do Excadrill in.

Anger Point is useless on Camerupt, regardless of whether it's Mega or not. Its frailty in base form means virtually every critical hit can fell it. Solid Rock is still the preferred ability to take the occasional weak super effective hit. When Camerupt Mega Evolves, it gains Sheer Force, which disables Lava Plume's burn chance. And what's the point of having Sheer Force when your moves don't really do well with it? Earthquake doesn't benefit from it at all, while Lava Plume is mainly used to burn things. Fire Blast is the stronger Fire STAB, while Earth Power is the Ground STAB that just so happens to benefit from Sheer Force.

Not a counter, since Articuno can't switch into Outrage. Flygon still outspeeds Articuno and nukes it with Outrage anyway if Articuno switched into the first Outrage. And why are you even using Choice items on stuff that uses support moves? Choice items leave the user stuck on the last move it used until it switches. Manual hail is bad because Snow Warning (which sets hail upon entering battle) outclasses it.
