Removed the back legs and edited the abdomen lines because it looked a bit cluttered, then filled in some colours.

The wings looked like two parrot heads/an owl head to me, so I coloured in a vaguely beakish colour.

I like the idea of this Pokemon frightening predators away by pretending to be a bigger badder predator.

I made it's body brown. I figured since it's wings looked like an owl that it could make it's body blend in with trees that it sits on.

Added highlight shading and palette. Looks like a bug/fairy type to me, don't know why though haha
