I feel like I could never motivate myself to play 4th Gen again these days. Sinnoh is like the only region I have never completed any games of because I feel it's so long and slow.

The only gen 4 game I played was SoulSilver. Otherwise that generation was the only one I basically skipped. I really got back into the series when I started playing White 2, which was even before I played the prequel.

Although I stll remember SS taking forever to save, something that fortunately isn't the case anymore.

¨Saving a lot of Data¨ was so weird, especially when it took like 5 minutes to save. Sorry for progressing so much, Game Freak

I find it kind of weird, how the saving process just started to take forever, right after they switched from GBA to DS cartridges. Like, you would expect, that it goes faster, because the DS is more powerfull.

You should, because nobody wants to bother with D/P's slow speed and Platinum like fixes all of that.

..which is kinda why I preferred Platinum over the other two. I don't really find myself playing them. xD

I definitely liked Platinum, it was my favorite before B2W2 released. I'd say I prefer it to HGSS, even if I only played Platinum once for a while. Now if only I could motivate myself to pick it up and continue my daunting challenge with it...

I honestly have no idea how I've managed to play through both Diamond and Pearl multiple times, because they are soooo slow in-battle. I can't believe I never noticed it before. Now I can definitely agree that Platinum was a wonderful improvement. It's still in like my top 3 favorites for the core series.

Also, my post count is now 1,234. That's like one of those special post counts like 666 or 7. It's mystical.

That new Pokémon Mystery Dungeon looks quite cool, I might look into that. Though... The PMD series is like, low on my list to keep playing. I gotta play other stuff first :P

Super Mystery Dungeon is said to have 720 Pokemon appear, that is like the entire National Pokedex. So you'll definitely be spoiled there.
