I don't know about any of you, but having an accident which is really stupid but really painful often helps me tire out. Not that I actually manage it often but this time it's so brilliant I'm even going to call it an achievement and put it in said thread too.

Basically I went to training today, and part of the routine was a 100m sprint. Ok fine, no sweat whatever. Well, my body says otherwise, because as I reach full speed I'm suddenly falling to the floor. I'm not Usain Bolt, but I am rather quick, and this was quite the fall. I ended up getting an x-ray on my shoulder and I probably won't be in work tomorrow. The doc said my should has some sprained and pulled ligaments, but nothing broken. Regardless I can barely move my arm for the time being. That and the nice cut below my knee is giving me jip too. If you wanna see what falling over really looks like, I'll put pictures here, but if you're squeamish/scared of blood or whatever don't click the spoiler.

Spoiler:

The moral of this story? Don't sodding do exercise! It hurts! Watch yourself before you explode into a sprint. I don't know what I did, but I guess next time I ought to watch myself. Two weeks without exercise or sport or anything is kinda a kick in the teeth for me right now, as I planned to engage in more next week, and it keeps me going out. Now I got nothing.

EDIT: Holy shit these pictures are large. I really gotta remember to downsize my images before uploading them wow.

^ -cringes-

I heard stuff about ASMR and one of my friends said that it alleviated their insomnia somewhat. Don't really know much about it though.

If anything, the real problem is in my shoulder, where the ligaments are strained, my leg is just annoying that it burns all the time.

As Jolteon is one of my three favourite Pokémon, I can say I love and approve your new avatar :3 Jolteon is awesome, and in a top hat reaches a new level of cute and classy.

It's horrible when new shoes rubs your heels raw. Really annoys me how you can't just buy nice shoes and wear them off the bat no problems.

Oh dear I feel for your shoes there... I always wear the same old jogging shoes until they wear out, and then I replaced them with ones that were exactly the same.

I never wear much in the name of clothing. My family can never afford big-name brands so we often have to settle for the cheap generic stuff from stores like Target, which somehow are good yet not too much at the same time.

A big problem I'm facing is not having many decent winter clothing. I want to shop for new ones but my brother being the mentally rough dickhead he is is preventing me from even having the chance to shop.

I've been wearing like every color... except red. The only time I even wore that color was for a school concert back in 2008, and good reason too, because my mother says I don't look good in it.

I feel like my mother has awful fashion sense, she makes me wear black way too often and I feel like when it's overdone it makes me look like a shadow.

In fact, I happen to be wearing a red shirt that I remember getting at a sports bar on my last day home last year before returning to college :P I like blue as well though.

I'm probably the least-stylish member over here haha. I just wear whatever mom dumps at me.

At least she's considerate enough to get a lot of blue-color. :P

Blue is pretty cool, I have a fair share of blue within my wardrobe. I mostly wear lots of blacks, greys and whites since they go well with pretty much most colours.

There are different kinds of clothing that i'll get if I just think they look cool, regardless of color often. I don't often go specifically shopping for them, but when I go to the mall i'll often stop in Hot Topic or the sports stores.

Speaking of that, I'm hoping my job doesn't call for strict dress code or anything. By that, I mean I hope I'm allowed to wear casual clothing, since it seems that when I was there, a lot of the employees present were wearing casual clothing, as well. :x

I just hate uniforms. Been there, done that too many times, too much of a hassle.

What's your grief with uniforms though?

One of my previous jobs had me having to wear a uniform, and that was my cleaning job at McDonald's a few years back. Granted, pretty much all their staff wears uniforms anyway, but it was not fun having to have my hair tied back.

Even worse was the one job I had at the factory sorting airline cutlery where you have to wear an uncomfortable hairnet, gloves and a white lab coat. I always felt very hot when I wore that thing and it was always a pain.
