We used to have download caps here until 2002 or so, and the main provider in Spain (which already did so in the UK) is heavily hinting that they will start having caps soon. Luckily I ran away from them years ago.

I don't think I'm actually on a plan. I know I'm on Virgin Mobile, but other than that it isn't monthly fees or anything, recharge whenever, so that's pretty much why my credit is used up when I use the Internet.

As for Internet in general, my Internet is slow compared to most others, but I don't think I actually have a cap (that I know of?) Cause my Internet is always the same slow speed, no matter how much I use it. By this I mean it's not too slow, but yeah D:

My Internet here is very, very slow, as in 40 KB per second. Above that, I have a 5 GB download cap only and if it exceeds that limit, I will be charged; every extra 40 MB, I pay $1.7. It sucks.

And 15 pages already? :O

Oh, it's a new one now.

/slow.

My internet is slow right now.

My internet's real fast, even when I'm torrent'n it up. Feels good.

My internet is fairly fast. It'll only slow down or cut off and on when it's around time to pay the bill :/

I don't understand texting, seriously, wouldn't a phone call be much easier and accomplish more?
Texting is so much more impersonal. If I don't particularly know a person, I wouldn't want to get to know them through a phone call =/

I just prefer meeting people, rather than texting or ringing.

But you'd rather get to know them through texting?
Nononono, you misunderstand. If I don't know them very well, I probably wouldn't have to talk to them about anything, and the only reason for texting would be to convey information and matters of the like.

I believe our university also has a T1 connection, at least the hard-wired internet in the dorms.

I know it's fast enough for my Nintendo Wi-Fi USB Connector to function properly (most of the internet wi-fi hotspots I visit aren't fast enough).

I really can't do with less than a T3.

Your university cannot possibly be using a T1 for dorms, since a T1 only carries 1.44 Mbps, if your intenet speeds are higher than that. It's probably using fiber optic cable using SONET.

I'm not a big fan of texting. It's a pit of bad grammar :/

Not when I text people. ;)

The dorms at my school had like 30-40mb download. I miss that internet so much, even if we had ridiculous bandwidth caps. (Except my second dorm... they forgot to cap me or something. That was awesome. 8D)

Unfortunately the wifi on campus itself is so awful that it's not even worth signing onto unless I absolutely need to grab something from a course website. :( It's deteriorated immensely over the years. *sigh*
