Take a ski vacation in Minnesota~ Best thing ever~

I went to North Carolina last year to Ski but the snow was all gone. I wanted to jump into a pile of snow and just make snowballs(Or just be a little kid again).

Aww. That's...really depressing.
Colorado's good for skiing too, I hear. but Minnesota snow is very reliable.

I might not go skiing but would probably just play in the snow or something. Since the last time I went skiing which was in North Carolina, I'm never going to skii again unless I try Snowboarding.

Sadly, I've never tried skiing/snowboarding... I live in the perfect place for it too.

Go skiing. Skiing is amazing. :D As is playing in the snow. Especially on the edge of parking lots, where plowed show piles up. :D

I've honestly never been skiing, then again, here in Texas we rarely get any snow. Maybe once every 2 years. When we do, though, there's a lot of it, and I always have fun...until my hands turn numb that is.

It's worth it, trust me. :> Very fun, unless you're driving.

Understatement, what is worst is when it freezes over into a sheet of ice. When I had to drive in the last Christmas Eve on the way home from work I was stressing out ever stop I made cause I had very little traction/grip. Even worse was the next day when my dad was driving to my Aunts from Chirstmas Day roads where horrid. Snow is nice to way and look at but not when you have to drive to work or school.

Sadly, I've never tried skiing/snowboarding... I live in the perfect place for it too.

Neither have I, but I have tried sledding, which is quite fun if you don't hit bumps or rocks.

I've lived in New York for a year, but I don't think it is possible to ski there. Like you said, the Western states are really mountainous. I'm way too much of a wuss to go skiing actually.

I want to go up to New Jersey to visit my cousins. I know they have snow up there.

Really? Cause it seems like every year in snows in Oklahoma it is snowing in Texas, mainly North Texas.

Yeah, I live more to the South of Texas. Either way; snow or no snow, it's still really cold.

I love the cold, and I really don't mind it. It could be zero degrees and I could be sitting there enjoying the cold weather. It honestly makes it easier to sleep and I just generally enjoy how it feels. :D

If it actually gets too cold then I can not sleep, though I do favor the coolness in my room from the winter weather very much. Despite me saying I don't like cold weather much earlier, but if it gets to the point where I'm actually freezing butt, then no.

It's really bothering me that I'm in new england and we haven't recieved one inch of snow, while everyone else has.
