I'm sure the thought has come up in my mind, but never seriously. I don't think I would last long in any form of military school D:

Either way, I'm just not interested in the whole concept myself. Military has never appealed to me like it does to others.

I'd rather not go to school at all. It became bothersome and tedious, and some subjects became really pointless at the end of the day.

We have forced military here so.. that's 2 years for me, 3 years for my brother. But I doubt they'll take me because of my druggy past.

I don't see any point of being forced into the military, I mean it may have been reasonable back then, but now it's not even necessary these days, I can understand other opinions, but it's never been of interest of mine. I do respect them for one thing though, this holiday season me and my grandma have sponsored a few people who happen to be in Afghanistan from what I hear they don't even have certain things for themselves they end up sharing with everyone else. What country do you exactly live in KanadeTenshi if you don't mind me asking?

Well, enough about school. Anyone here has ever thought about going to the military or has forced military service in their country?

Actually I'm not doing work in school. I'm still in school right now but we are testing out robots. Our robot is able to move it's arm and move around the field. We are just fixing a few problems with our programming. I gives me something to do at least.

I was a little bit interested in military type stuff but I don't think I'll join it. I liked their uniforms though.

Military uniforms have a unique flair. I love the old-world jackets that were tailored with a cool wool-tweed blend @_@ I drew one this week, actually with some brush pen and had a lot of fun. They're lovely.

Unless you're in a nation like Finland, Israel, or Singapore, where the population is too small to support a reasonably-sized all-volunteer military.

Militaries are but a tool used by politicians. War is merely the continuation of politics by other means, after all.

I've honestly never saw the point in a war. It's just going to end up killing us all.
