I now sleep at 2am or 3am on a regular basis, getting up around 10am

Huge improvement over going to sleep at 5 or 6 am

i went to sleep about 1 am last night after waking up at like 6:30 am or so. I woke up at like 8:45 AM this morning tho. I'm outta caffeine. Help.

I forced myself to get up this morning (around 11) despite having at least 3 more hours of sleep left in me. But I had to get up because I've been doing so well :< But I couldn't get to sleep till like, 4 this morning.

I'm more awake now but I still feel the sleepiness.

I wake up early all the time. It's gotten so now that my body is used to it. It also doesn't help that's getting closer to the holidays either. ;w;
