You're right this is what we should do. But chances of that bill passing are low seeing as what happened with SOPA and PIPA... and if CISPA does pass then I will tear my house apart looking for something to do. ;_;

Sounds kind of like a mini get-together with a little silly faux-newspaper design. That would be fun, if a lot of work on the part of the people making it.

I don't think it'll be too bad. Gathering information to put in it is going to be the time consuming part of it.
I'm going to sit down in a few and throw together a prototype.

From my list, I have:
-Fake tabloids about members/the forums (for fun of course, nothing offensive)
-News regarding forums changes, forum-wide events, and smaller events that go in their respective section of the forums
-Posts of the weeks, to feature some of the funniest posts
-Different sections to advertise new creative user showcases for Art, Writing, Hacking, and Game development sections.
-Recreational pages full of funny fake advice articles where members can have questions answered or some puzzles to be completed.
-And user submissions, for comic strips and stuff

It might be a little small to start, but perhaps it can bring in some activity and participation from the users, not to mention if we can get some more forum events going on. :D
I'm probably dreaming big on this, but I feel like it will be fun for everyone!

I like these ideas. I would be up to helping a little if I could.
 
I already sorta did a mini-news thing in my blog and I was planning to do another @ in a few days to cover AF, etc, but I could provide the spoken version of the news?

I love RO. It was my very first MMORPG back in 2003. I believe it's also the case for many Pinoys too. xD

Sadly bots, cheaters and hackers killed the game. I wish I could experience the good old days of the Guilds... u__u
 
Yeah, I wish the official servers would have really cracked down on the bot problem but they never really did.
I eventually went on to playing on a bunch of different private servers which they have GMs who take care of any botting or cheating, as well as stuff like kill stealing. Really helped me to enjoy the game the way it was meant to be, though now RO is kinda dying out slowly. D:
In the past private server WoEs would be intense, but now they're kinda dead with only a couple of castles open.

And @Scarf, Team Fail, and Forever:
You guys can help out wherever you'd like by submitting stuff to be put into paper. If you want i'll release a first issue so you can get a general idea of how it'll work so you can get a better understanding of how you could contribute.
And Forever I saw where you did spoken news report in your blog, which would be nice to put along with it.

Ahh, I don't get it. Probably because that show is way before before my time, you bunch of oldies.
 
You're missing out. Roseanne is my bible, I encourage you to watch it immediately. I'll gather some clips for you to watch. Meanwhile, you can change your avatar to something more appropriate imo!!!!!!
