Daily Chit-Chat -- Winter and/or Summer Edition

I grew up dealing with snow every winter and I hate it. Reduced traction, reduced vision, increased stopping distances... it makes driving dangerous. I don't understand how anyone could actually want a "white Christmas"...
 
No. It's like where your car starts to spin around because of water/ice on the road. It's pretty scary.

Anyway, I wonder what I'm doing tonight. I think my cousin and her boyfriend from NYC are coming in with my other cousin for Christmas. :D
It sucks, though, because some of my family won't be there on Christmas Eve. ;_;
The DCC is slow today. ;-;

I'm pretty weird in the sense that I like it both cold, or hot, as long as it's one of the extremes. (Hot is way better though.)
 
What's everyone doing this Christmas/Holiday? I'm also a bit picky when it comes to the weather. I can't stay out in the heat too much or I would get a really bad headache or pass out.
 
I'm going to be with my family, which makes me happy as it's also my birthday. On Christmas Eve, we go to my grandfather's house, and then eat supper/stuff. Christmas morning, we open presents, and then go to my grandfather's house again and eat lunch. XD;

I'm excited :3
 
I think I'll be spending new year's eve with my best friend. I hope so, at least.
Hopefully, I'll get to see my boyfriend between now and then. ;-;
 
We just went out and bought a Prime Rib roast for tomorrow's dinner, since it's my birthday. It works out nicely, because my parents want ham on Christmas, which I don't like, so I can eat the leftover prime rib instead. lol

Tell me about it, I just spent the past few days fishtailing in the middle of 4-way intersections :/ freaking chicago. luckily my car is pretty small so I can straighten it out pretty quick without hitting cars in the next lane. my parents never let me drive on my permit in the snow, so the first time I encountered it on my own I was like OMG HELP ME ;_____;

that being said I do love autumn/winter and I could never live in a place where it was hot all the time. i'm too used to this!

I can't wait for christmas :) I have no clue what we're eating but I don't care. i'm sure it'll be good. my brother and I will probably play Ace Attorney the whole time at my aunts house since there's not much to do.

I love Ace Attorney ! o3o; I actually got my boyfriend hooked on the series, as well. He's already in the second game. XD

that's how I was, I didn't get my license until I was 18 (then again, i'm young for my grade so I couldn't take drivers ed until I was 15 turning 16 my junior year of high school) but get on it! I hate when teenagers flood to the road with no real expierence ;( you'll be better off. good luck!

me too :D it's really the only game that ever held my attention enough to play the whole series. I'm in the middle of the Miles ~walking~ one but my brother and I are seeing who can get through a whole game the quickest (he's playing Apollo Justice and I'm playing Justice for All).

but good, more people should know about this series! favorite game in the series?

Not ribs. Prime Rib. It's basically a really super fancy, extra good steak, that's slow roasted like... a roast.

AAI is great. The last case is so long, though. @_@;
Hmm. That's cool, though. lol. I don't remember which one is actually longer. XD; They're both pretty long =3=;

Well, I still don't like steak/etc. XD; I'm just not a big beef eater. ):
