Seriously that was one awesome movie.

Someone from DW came to your school? Damn, I never get to meet anyone like that in my life. What'd he/she tell you?

A lot of stuff @_@ She gave like a 2-hour lecture.. Showed a lot of stuff and told a lot of stories. She was really really nice.

We get people like that all the time because our school is renowned for their animation program. We had Steve Williams a month back.. he basically came up with the idea of using CG instead of stop-motion for Jurassic Park and basically pioneered the thing ._. If it wasn't for him we probably wouldn't be using as much CG in liveaction film today. It's crazy how much Jurassic Park is actually a revolution..
:3 Cool thing is that he's Canadian (working at Lucas in the states) but apparently there were only 5 animators on that entire movie and they were also all Canadian.. haha.. he was a cool guy.

And yeah.. we had Disney come.. and we had Chris Landreth come and Iain Gardner came, too. @_@ It's really nice to be able to have guest Lecture-ers :33 Like.. just opens up your mind and makes you feel good to have the opportunity to hear from them.

Oh and Mike Kitchen came to give a talk before we went on out Christmas Break.. he worked on a bunch of movies as an animator.. like Hellboy and 9 and stuff :3 Also he worked on Halo ODST :3

I...personally wouldn't purchase clothes online.

For one thing, you can't physically wear them before you buy them to see if you'd like them outside of the image on the website. >_>

Well Siggy IRL isn't very true either. I remember this news story about how some stores tampered with their mirrors to make it look like the clothes you had on were too small/big.

While that is important, I don't actually try on clothes, so that's not a good factor for me.

I'm asking because I need a good website for mens clothes.

topmanDOTCOM is a pretty good and reliable site, if that's what you're asking.

@インフェルノの津波: that's a very rare occasion.

Not exactly. Of course people would notice if a size was too big, but too small, especially for people of this day and age is highly unlikely.

This is why I hate the media in every way imaginable.

Agree with Alternative. Unless it was like an accessory like a hat or something bit less attached I'd consider, but I've never really looked into it or considered doing so.

Random question, but does anybody here do online clothes shopping?

YES!!! I do that 60% of the time. It saves me the hassle of having to go to the stores a lot. I know there's some disadvantages though like paying for shipping and having to return your item AND pay for shipping. I know some stores let you return your online-purchased item your nearest store, which is the most awesomest thing ever.

Have your tried Casual Male XL? Meganium recommends it. ;)

I barely ever do any shopping online because I don't have a credit card. If I did, i would be all over the internet, simply because things are just cheaper.

A lot of things are cheaper online.
I only use my debit card really. I do have a credit card, but that is only for an emergency.

Yes, I would only use a credit card for emergencies also. Buy something for $50 and you have to pay $70 when it's time to pay D:

It is annoying that the online world is so much cheaper than the real world. I am looking to get a new phone and the one I want, has about a £100 difference online than real life. Haha.

I just have to wait a few days for it to arrive, oh no!

Yes, there are some websites that sell things for a third of the price, but take incredibly long, because they use free Air Mail, and are from Hong Kong *ahem DealExtreme ahem*
