Like not only because it makes you feel even more capable than you are (you're alert but your reaction times are still like they would be on alcohol, etc.) but I'm pretty sure it makes it easier to get alcohol poisoning. D: Be careful!

Vodka and Red Bull is the normal thing over here.
I think it is horrible though. Beer, Rum and Whiskey all the way. :B​

D: That is so not good, lmao.

I like vodka-based drinks but I'm not huge on alcohol. I like a few specialty beers too though. :D I work at a brewery over the summers, usually, so I get free beer. It's only last year that I started drinking beer though. xD

Being drunk is fun to an extent, but I know my limits, so I just get tipsy and merry and then it is good. Otherwise I wake up with a CRACKING headache! XD​

I've been tipsy before but I've blacked out an entire month before on painkillers (prescription :p) and it's pretty scary thinking back on it. I'd never want to do it on purpose by getting drunk or something. And having lowered inhibitions just makes me uneasy. :<

But it's also pretty lame being the only one who isn't drunk. :(

That sounds horrible. Hope you are ok.

And it is horrible when you get to somewhere, or when you go out and you are the only sober person. I have had that a few times due to a lot of my friends being light weights, so they drink a few and boom, drunk. I am a heavy weight, so it takes me ages to get tipsy. Is annoying at times.​

Being sober by yourself isn't that bad. I actually had no problem being the only one who wasn't drunk myself. Most of the people I hang around with are easy to exploit when drunk.
 
It was like way back in 2008 after a surgery. I'm fine now. (Well, the issue hasn't been resolved but I've kept on truckin'. xD)

I don't think my friends are really lightweights but I had to stay totally sober (not a drop of alcohol) at one of my friend's birthday parties last year and everyone was so drunk they were just *silly* by the end of the night and it was more annoying than anything with some of them. But it was also hilarious at times so I guess it kind of balanced out, haha. (I still make fun of one of them over some things that happened. :p)

Oh, also on the subject of alcohol I start my new job in a bar in a week's time. Fun times for my employers when I turn up to work more drunk than the customers olol.
 
I guess that is one of the few upsides to being sober is laughing at the drunken people and you can tell them all the embarrassing thing they did the day after.​

I've never gotten drunk myself yet. Part of that might have to do with my dislike for most alcoholic drinks thus far I suppose. =p That and if I have to drive anywhere to a party I can't drink anyway because I still have over a year before I can get a full driving license that allows one to have more than a 0.0 blood alcohol reading as well.

Just for the record i've never gone into work drunk, despite allegations made by my (Soon to be former) boss.

I've gone into work very hungover (And regretted it), but never drunk.
 
I'm kinda the person that would never drink, as fun as it sounds. :( The stuff that some people can do when they're drunk sorta keeps me away from drinking. xD;
 
I have gone into work VERY hungover before. It was very horrible.
It was only my supervisor in that day and he was hungover too because we all went out together. Was so funny trying to serve people in retail when hanging.

I don't drink mostly because I can't find anything that I like the taste of.. @_@ Smirnoff ice is pretty good.. but it's sorta lame to get drunk off of that. .__. Though I've gotten tipsy over 2/3 of a bottle of it because I'm such a lightweight..
 
I thought it was a well accepted fact that alcohol taken straight tastes like piss water.
