and my mom is considering upgrading her phone to iPhone 4S because they're "free" if she renews our 2-year contract in which we have yet to do so lol. Kept nagging her to get the 5 or the 5C but she doesn't want to pay more alonside taxes D:
 
My phone is the silly, outdated, yet functional smartphone known as the HTC Sensation.

If I use it for a lot of stuff, it dies before I finish classes. I mean, it makes sense - it works well considering how much it does. The screen is what's sucking all your juice. Trust me on this. Turn down the screen brightness and watch the battery life extend another couple of hours.

It's not like the 4s is a bad phone though so she will be getting a good deal, just mine in particular is experiencing issues. I'd go with another iPhone again myself if I didn't want to try something different for the sake of it.
 
I don't even have a smartphone since I don't often need to talk with people on the go so much.. but if I were to get a smartphone I would avoid the iPhone altogether and either go with a Windows phone or an Android phone. Not that I'm hating on iOS devices, but an iPod Touch would be plenty for me if I wanted iOS. :3

I was planning on holding out until the price goes down, but I just could not. 20/20 people (with couple overlaps, mind you) I streetpassed in my university during Monday and Tuesday had either Pokemon X or Y as their currently playing game.

Same thing yesterday when I was at the mall. All the StreetPasses I received either had people playing X or Y, and Nintendo caught on to that (since I happened to be near a Nintendo Zone when I checked on them at the mall), and suggested me to purchase X from the e-Shop.
 
Oh, this should be the second best place to ask this, anyone have experience with Microsoft tablets?

Getting the Surface 2 for my birthday. :D
 
Hm, a review of an electronic. That's something I haven't tried before. I don't know if I know enough about computers/tablets to be able to create a solid review, though. D:
 
Speaking of reviews, you should do your Walking Dead review blogs again this season!
 
Oh man, I don't know if I'll have time to write decent quality stuff. D;

And truth be told, if I do get back into writing those blogs, I wanna go general and review movies and games and stuff. Or a whole season. But I don't know about a single episode. :c
 
Maybe you could do a good one at the midseason finale! Hell, I might even attempt one even though my writing skills are below what they should be :c

I might just get a Kindle Fire HDX or something if I ever do get a tablet soon. (Yes, I know HDX is unreleased, but I doubt I'll get a tablet before the end of the calendar year)
