Can you do that? Target a specific person I mean. The role description says that you investigate the person ahead of you in the queue.

I'll jump on the Abby bw, but I have some things to say along with it.
First of all, I believe Klippy and Abby are the remaining mafias, and that Klippy is bussing Abby and here's why.

The Red Queen found herself in a superb position to get rid of an enemy - she had chosen quite well. Only a few of the Wonderland residents could cause her any trouble and this one would have been a pain to leave alive. "Off with his head!" she shouted at her executioner, pointing to oblivious critter.

Klippy says this is referring to Dormouse. But I don't see how Dormouse could prove to be trouble for the Red Queen. On the other hand, Cheshire Cat could obviously be trouble. I think Klippy has already figured out that Cheshire Cat is dead and is using the Cheshire Cat claim to try to lead the town. Bussing makes his claim more solid of course.
Explains why he was hesitant to claim at first, since claiming last would be the safest thing to do when you want to fake claim.
Also explains Gunner's attitude today. She is now nobody and isn't sure whether she should out her teammate and Klippy or if she should wait and swap with Klippy again.

Imma call FOS on Alex Kaz after that sad attempt. Gunner is salty af because I took her good role. You're definitely the person that needs checked out tonight though or lynched tomorrow after that. Only way you'd be town at this point is out of luck or if Gunner swaps you for Nobody, then you get someone else's role.

Even if Gunner swapped me back and I was maf, then I'd know she was maf. So it makes no sense. I don't doubt she will try to swap me back tonight though since she wants her investigator role back.

Now that's a sad attempt. You're claiming Gunner, and now you, was inno based on your word only? What makes your word stronger than anyone else's? Or would it make sense to say "Hey guys, Gunner was maf" ?
I could use the same "logic" and say "Hmm, someone died that could prove troublesome to the mafia? Well, I'm Bill, so it has to be Cheshire Cat". But I obviously cannot prove that.
See the flaw in your argument? It's essentially your word against mine here.
If anything, your post strengthened my already strong suspicion on you.

Two scenarios here then.
1. You are indeed Cheshire Cat and I was mistaken. (I might also be scum in that case.)
2. Gunner is fake claiming too, so she could get her role back, salty as she is. It's a bad plan tho, as only one of you will win.
What's troubling me is that Gunner would be willing to go back to a mafia team of one in that case. Unless... wait, are we mislynching here? Or am I over thinking this?
