I was unable to post beforehand, but due to issues with accessing PC, Kitty relayed me her box choice on Discord and she chose the slim garnet one.

Normally I wouldn't ask someone to switch what they picked, but since it's the holidays and she's having difficulty logging on, I've decided to be nice and let her pick that way (and I did get the message before your post). Mind if I ask you to pick a different box?

edit: either way, both of you could try and grab a different one during the exchange phase, which will begin immediately after I know the answer to this lol.

edit2: nvm, Kitty will be grabbing the best one. By default, Noraxia will get the ornate red one as it's the only one left.

The exchange phase has started! You may PM/Discord me to relay your exchanges (all exchanges will be done in private!). For example: Player One PMs me saying they'd like Player Two's gift. I message Player Two and see if they'd like to do the exchange. If they would, I perform it automatically.

And sorry if there's an excess of notifs. Didn't occur to me that it would probably ping y'all each time I edited the first event post to say that someone claimed a gift lmao.

Edit: Addendum! Since I'm stupid and will be at work or asleep for much of this phase, you all can PM/Discord one another to trade gifts. However, it must be formatted as "I would like to trade my 'gift name' gift for your 'gift name.'" Additionally, you must screenshot your interactions, particularly if the trade is accepted, and send it to me. If any information beyond that format is exchange, I'll kill you all lmao.

Also, keep in mind that there is one very special gift for one very special person. If you have this gift and you are not this person, you have been told. If you are this person and have not been told that you have this gift, then you do not have this gift. So if you want to find that special one, you better get trading!

That's why I hoped it wasn't kind of a huge setup. Correct me if I'm wrong, but there is just one role that can send anon day messages and that's Dragonkeeper, aka town (if not cult and that's what I fear).
Now seeing there were multiple messages I must admit I'm afraid. I just thought it was Dragonkeeper trying to identify someone, but seeing this happen at least thrice makes the opposite statement. This also means I'm surely dead, as I took the message as a vote of confidence with Dragonkeeper, if true obvs.

I left clues in case it was a setup in the last post I made under transparent font. Basically, was told to get the copper one and I took the bait, because I'm dead on votes anyways and didn't seem like it'd change.
One safe play by the sabotageurs may be get the sabotaged gift and exchange it under this plan, so they're mostly safe. Still, remember they are probably mostly just spewing get X to spread confusion, so not all of those gifts had to be picked by mafs, plus other chances like them getting advantaged by a random townie by pure luck. Still, I suggest you at least check on HyperMorian, who happily exchanged gifts with me.

In conclusion, I believe this is most probably the product of a cult composed at least by one maf (which may be manipulating other teammates) and Dragonkeeper.

That or I just ruined a great coordinated town move but I'm inclined to believe not, whatevs.

I have one which states, "I'm picking the hexagonal topaz one." Though I really have no idea what this means. Seems almost everyone got one.
