Favorite Route

I would say Kanto Route 1, as it's small, simplistic, and generally just easy to get past. 8) Besides that, I also like Route 121 of Hoenn.
 
I've always liked Hoenn Routes 119 and 120, the routes surrounding Fortree. They're quite long and scenic, it's fun to traverse through that part of the game. Some of the Unovan routes are interesting too, but it only feels like that because I haven't explored them as much as other regions.
 
Unova's Route 4. It's a rather odd choice, but the route is different in both versions you own in Black 2 and White 2. I had spent 10 minutes looking at the freeway the first time I saw it. And I also caught a shiny Sandile there!
 
Hmm I got to say Route 2 of Karlos, I love. It was the first 3d route in pokemon I got to see and loved it!!!
 
Sinnoh Route 216 & 217. The music is amazing, and I like how the snow looks in the 4th Generation games. The route always had a calming effect on me, it's like.."Now that the Zubats of Mt. Coronet are gone, and I'm out of this nightmarish mountain, I can finally see daylight." and then you see the snow, and you just...chill out.

My favorite is Route 119 of Hoenn. In my opinion, it's the most beautiful route in Pokemon. I haven't played X or Y yet, so I don't know what Kalos looks like.
 
i agree with hormura, as well as unova route 10 in black/white. loved the music and the idea for the Badge Gate
 
Route 117 in Hoenn, there's lots of trainers to battle, plenty of Pokémon to catch, and it connects one town straight to another. 8)
 
I love Route 1 in Unova, because it has those flowers that change with the seasons. It's really beautiful. Music-wise I love Route 15/16 in Kalos, it's like very emotional for a regular route music track. Kalos' Route 7 is also beautiful, especially how the water is animated there.
 
Route 110 basically screams adventure. It strays away from the calming music of the previous route, and goes with an upbeat vibe for inspiration to move on. The cycling road kept me busy trying to break records. Not to mention the amazing and entertaining trick house! :P

I also like Route 117, 120, and Route 29 of Johto.
 
I always liked 38/39. Had its own unique music track, and you could find cool Pokemon like Meowth, Tauros, and Miltank.
