Fire Emblem: Awakening

It's probably gonna take you awhile to get Olivia to level 20.

And yes, the ideal time to recruit the children is after the mother has learned Galeforce. You just have to make sure that Galeforce is in the last slot in order for it to be passed onto the child.
Why does Donnell's child have the ability to learn Galeforce? I read that somewhere. I don't remember where.

Can you have characters marry multiple characters, or...? Because I noticed that characters who are married still have S level support available for opposite gender characters.

Also, I got Cordelia and Stahl up to level 15 in their second level classes, so Severa can get Galeforce and Aegis. So I went into her prologue and got her. Thinking about it, I would have really liked her to have Galeforce and Aether. Those are my favorite abilities so far, that I've noticed. But Aether is for only Chrom and Lucina, and Inigo since that's the way the marriages went. /sigh

I love Severa. She's so sassy and short tempered!

Oh gods, another thing I hate in this game? I hate the counter skill; it's sooo annoying. ;__;

Like, if you played Hard Mode and above, and you're strong enough, you can potentially kill your own units if you don't have enough HP to tank the counter hit. XD ugh.

Nah, once your units marry, you can't marry them again.

I just got Lissa and Vaike to level 15 and got Owain. Trained him up all on his own by fighting Risen, and now he's a KILLER Assassin. He has Galeforce, Counter, Vantage, and Avoid +10. I am so excited. He's my favorite! And his personality is amazing.

I LOVE counter so far.

Ohhh you got Owain! Yes, he's amazing. 8D Personally I use him as a Swordsmaster to get Astra then train him as a Dread Fighter, cause he can do anythinnnnng~

I LOVE counter so far.

Then I hate you D<

Nah, joking, but, it's just sooooo annoying. XD

I finally got all the kids with the skills that I wanted them to have... and then I decided that I wanted to challenge myself since I got to the point where the chapters were just breezing by and they were super easy.

So I copied my save file, and purposely killed off all of the parents except for my unit and Chrom. And then I threw out all of my items. So now I'm going to play on that file for now on, and try to beat the game without any of the parents. Losing the parents is so heart wrenching! But now I only have 36 units! I saved Anna and Say'ri since they aren't parents.

You haven't seen the broken as hell abilities in Lunatic+ then.

As I beat the game already I'd like to hack and get some unobtainable items and skills, though I never know when that's going to be possible.

Cool! I think the kids make the game easier, but yeah, I should try that out sometime. o:

Right now I'm trying a challenge where I can't promote any of my units, which is.. pretty fun so far. C:

I have, trust me~ Have you played the Apotheosis DLC? o:

Try it on the secret levels, haha~ They're even worse.

Yeah, it's pretty difficult but managed to beat it in the end. (and all the future past DLCs)

I just don't have anything more to do in Awakening so I stopped long time ago. Being able to hack will probably get me to play this again briefly.

Severa is so boss.

Aye, I hate it too. It's kinda weird how Counter was so useless in PoR and RD, but is annoying as hell/really useful in Awakening.

Which why Hard is highest difficulty I will put the game on....and Rouges And Reedeemers 3 is probably the hardest optional map I will bother with.
/Zekrom isn't very good at FE.

Also, what are Dread Fighters like? They're one of those DLC classes so I never really bothered with them before (only had enough to get the Golden Pack and R&R3 before).

.....ah, I really should start playing this again, finish my Hard mode run (but so much gaming **** to do....)

You need to finish the game on Lunatic to even play Lunatic+. It's a very rewarding to finish the game on Lunatic+ and Apothesis, though, but at the expense of constantly experiencing ******** like this and resetting (i.e. frustration):

Dread Fighters are very useful because of their balanced stats, access to Resistance+10 (which is very useful for characters with low resistance), and ability to use 3 weapons - sword, axe, and tome.

Oh....that looks terrible. Luna+ almost every time? Yeah, still staying away from that.

Dread Fighters sounds cool though.

Luna+ is actually Luna that activates 100% of the time. There are other skills like it like Pavise+ and Aegis+, as well as Hawkeye, which is a broken ability in itself.

If you want to spend some money on DLC, make sure to get Rogues and Redeemers 3 which grants access to the important Limit Breaker skill.

I paired Virrion and Pan. Their Critical hit rate is off the charts. Didn't ever use Pan till the second play-through, but she is pretty good.

I still can't beat that one Xenologue in the future where you have to rescue like 3 kids at once. Hard as Pokeballs.

Oh, ok, I didn't know what the + part meant on Luna+ and all that.

I did get Rouges and Redeemers 3 specifically for the Limit Breaker skill....I just have yet to beat it. Some of those guys are really tough.

This video might be helpful, just be careful of two characters that have Lethality and Counter. (forgot their names)

So I beat it. I kind of hate how the Endgame appears again after you load up your save file as if you haven't played it before. I was kind of hoping it would end up like all the other locations. I'm not sure if I'm up to play it all the way through again. If I did that, I'll totally play a more difficult level because the last few chapters (from like chapter 15 and higher) were a breeze, but I really liked this game. It was wonderful.

The story was great, and the graphics were stunning - especially the cutscenes. It totally utilized the 3DS's full compatibilities. The references to early parts of the game, and the two surprises in the plot made me so excited. And near the end, that was so emotional. They did a good job tugging at the heartstrings. That was the best 3D game for the 3DS I've ever played, and as a whole it's my top game of all time, finally kicking down Kingdom Hearts 2 to spot 2 in my list of all time favorite games.

I really regret not playing it more, sooner. According to my activity log, I first played the game on 7/13/2013, which was only three months after it was released. And yet it took me all this time to play it. Then again, I'm not really that big on playing video games. My video game collection these days spans about four unique titles, not including different versions of Pokémon.

I can't wait for the next Fire Emblem game.

Well done, agree with you about the endgame thing, have you played the DLC levels yet?

Most of the DLC is fantastic. I've yet to beat Priam's DLC though. He's just too tough for my team, I guess.
