    A Water/Psychic-type that is consistently viable, thanks to it's good Speed and Sp. Atk, the quintessential Bolt Beam combo, capacity to heal with Recover and the Natural Cure Ability, and admirable STAB with Surf/Hydro Pump and Psychic/Psyshock.
