My mother visited yesterday, looked at my pile of paper cranes and only said "you have too much free time". It's of course jokingly, but still. Then again I don't expect everyone to know of the symbolic meaning that 1000 paper cranes have (still not there, btw.). Like how the number corresponds to the age of the holy crane revered by Japanese and that folding that amount of them is meant to bring good fortune as either granting a wish or giving that person a happy life.
Not that I believe in that stuff, but the romantic in me very much wishes for something like that to happen.

Very unfun day. Work was being work just more stressful than usual. Very draining...

Today was mostly about grinding like crazy in challenges and doing the d&d campaign thing! Kinda deserved after yesterday, where I just didn't do much at all :rowlhmph:
I got to sort out more stuff about my thesis though... which is not stressful at all :))))

so far it's just the sore arm and tiredness again. Though the tiredness is probably also partially from this work week.... a couple colleagues have a week or two of vacation now.
