BUT HALLELLUJAH ANOTHER OUTLAW! A really awesome one too. Reminds me of a female version of the penguin from batman, with added batman traits. Aghh I love her at first sight :D The only thing I find weird is that she isn't a crime boss - or at least a leader of sorts.

Why thank you~ And I didn't think of Penguin at all but now that I think of it, the whole umbrella villain really resembles! XD I swear I got the umbrella idea from RWBY's Neopolitan. Considering that she has minimal social skills, she wouldn't be a good leader xD Plus don't most Big Baddies want all the money for themselves huehuehue~

Personality:
Cold and distant, human relationships were one of the few subjects Virginia absolutely sucked at. While she could read people like books, she had always from young found it challenging to write her heart on her sleeve. Though, she learnt quickly that it did not matter in this harsh world. Life was cruel and to evade its dastardly twists and turns, she had grown to keep herself detached from everything around her. She had a conscience, once. Years of illegal business and being immersed in the underground criminal world had numbed her and every absolute was simply a gray area to her. Virginia was not only calculative and observant, but quiet as night. Her soul was ice-cold like a corpse and blacker than obsidian. Many of her dissenters have called her a 'manipulative bitch', though all of them have at least had their faces soaked with freezing water.
Virginia prefers to be a lone wolf, though she will forge ties where it benefits her (usually the most). She may not have the charisma to lead clans of bandits, but she knows how to make a good obliging puppet. She may be a woman of few words, but she keeps to her word and never utter promises that she intends to break.
Appearance (Image, written or both):
Virginia is not one would call 'plain', yet she is not 'beautiful' either. Her height of 5'7" and black shoulder-length hair does not reveal much, while her pale skin and emaciated fragile-looking physique hints at a childhood spent in poverty. Her hands are usually kept gloved, perhaps to conceal the coldness of her skin that might make one wonder if she was alive. If they needed an answer to that question, they should look no further but into her eyes. Blue as the ocean brimming with life, they glimmer like sapphires. Her eyes do not seem to have a fixed shade, varying between hues with unpredictability, contributing to the mystifying aura around her.
She is always found with her black umbrella by her side and walks in the same pair of boot heels. Her dressing seems to match with the skies, shifting between a range of blues and grays, and occasionally whites.

Cloudburst: By opening her umbrella, Virginia can conjure clouds that bring rain (that's not heavy but not too light either) even in a dry area. The extent of rain nearly covers a small village and lasts no more than an hour. She can will the rain to cease just by closing her umbrella.
Shroud: Virginia envelopes herself in a cloud of mist or fog. The time it takes for the Shroud to dissipate depends on the environment's humidity; in arid and/or windy areas, it'll be gone in minutes, whereas in humid and/or rainy places, the Shroud can last for hours. Casting time requires at least five minutes, even under great concentration.

Pitter patter. Pitter patter. Rivulets of water streamed down the windowpanes as the wind's breath left a misty mark on the glass. An old man was kneeling down on the wooden floorboards, sleeves rolled up, as he scrubbed the glass cabinets that contained his wares.
The door slammed open, forced by a gust. The chill from the storm outside immediately seeped into the entire room, and tendrils of fog crept in. Click. Clack. Click. Clack. A pair of heels sauntered into the shop, and an umbrella was closed, dripping rainwater that formed a puddle. She slowly walked down the aisle, lazily examining the cases of gold chains, bands and rings. The old man hurriedly put down his cleaning rag and made himself appear presentable towards his customer. As she walked, her umbrella tapped against the wooden floorboards. Tap. Tap. She stopped to gaze at a gold necklace for a little while longer, before continuing towards the counter. Tap.
"Do you have anything in mind, my lady?"
Virginia smiled, without a pause in her stride and scrutiny, without a word. In a swift motion, she pulled the handle of her umbrella, unsheathing her blade and had its tip gingerly hovering at the jugular of the old man. She dumped two empty satchels on the counter.
"Fill them up and don't make a sound."
Fog had almost covered the entire shop, such that the shopkeeper could only see the glint of the knife pointed at his neck, and the pale hand that held it in a steady grip. It was as though the lady was masked by the fog. He gulped and complied with her wishes.
Once Virginia was satisfied, she made her exit like the howling wind, sending the door banging, and the rain outside seemed to cease almost at once. All the evidence that she left behind were a sheen of moisture on the glass cabinets and damp floorboards.

I'll be getting my next solo post up some time this week. Assume that the events of Sonata and Fox's last IC post were towards the night of our first day I think (just so we have some minor sense of continuity).
Post is up, sort of a prelude to me and Bidoof's JP. I'm hoping to have Alice become more and more important to Sophia over time (hope ye don't mind GP not that I care anyway)
Also, Bidoof suggested earlier that Antonio Culebra is well suited to be a big bad. Maybe not a "big" big bad but big enough to be called moderately big bad.
Is there still space in this RP? This looked very interesting so I made an SU and all

Appearance:
Owen is short for his age, only standing at 5'3". He looks like a kid with his smooth baby face, pointed nose, and unruly blonde hair. His other facial features, the freckles that dotted his cheeks and the definite cheek bones, stand out from his underwhelming gravel gray eyes. His almost-pointed ears and chin has him resemble an elf. He is skinny, but not scrawny, and his pale complexion really sealed the deal. His build gives the impression that he is active, playful and flexible. Because of this, most people mistake Owen for a 16 year old.
On most days, he prefers to wear a simple black leather vest over a white cotton-sewn shirt. Brown leather pants cover his lower extremeties and he always sports his favorite white boots. He has a purple cloak hanging behind his back for when he wants to go around unnoticed.
Personality:
Trickster by nature, Owen likes playing around. People mistake him for a kid all the time, and he plays this to his advantage. He loves the excilirating thrill of stealing from shops and being chased by officials. Overconfident and arrogant, he will steal just to prove that he can. Owen has always lived his life in the streets. Born with parents asking for alms and orphaned at a young age. Despite that, he didn't mourn too long and carried on with his life, alone. He grew up, learning to fend for himself in a merciless world. He learned to steal to survive. And he learned that surviving was not enough. He had to prosper. That is his goal. And he knows that to achieve that, he has to be ruthless. He believes in the saying "every man for himself," and will do everything he can to get what he wants, even at the expense of others, friends and foe alike.
Element: Electricity Weaponry: 5" Bowie knife and pocket revolver
2 Custom Spells:
Compact - Owen can transform objects into portable 1" cubes for easy storage. The larger an object is, the greater concentration it takes to transform it. He uses this to conceal his weapons when he needs to.

Owen basked under the sun with his hands behind his head as he lay on the roof. It was beating down relentlessly, yet he stayed there, unmoving. The crowd was bustling down below. The marketplace ids always busy this time of the day. The outlaw was getting impatient, but he had to stay still. It was one of the downsides to his ability.
A door swung open and slammed shut. Owen heard keys rustle and the familiar sound of a door getting locked. He grinned. It was showtime. There were footsteps on the porch then it joined the busy noises of the people in the marketplace. Owen took a deep breath then concentrated. A "hole" appeared beneath him and he expertly fell through it, rolled to kill his drop and stuck the landing. He stood up and looked around at his prize. A jewelry store. An unguarded one, too.
"And this is why you never leave your shop in the middle of business hours," he said as he took a brown cube from his pocket. He tossed it in the air where it glowed white and landed on his palm as a brown satchel.
The outlaw started looting the store. It was all too easy. "Holes" appeared on the glass as he reached inside them and he was able to take the precious stones without hassle. He stuffed them in his satchel as he moved from cabinet to cabinet, counter to counter, eager to leave the owner with nothing. Before he could reach the glass counter that housed sparkling diamonds, he heard the door unlock. Quickly, he stood at the corner and slowed his breathing.
The owner stepped inside and his jaw dropped open. He looked around his store, unbelieving that he could make such a stupid mistake. Then as he scanned the place, his eyes locked on to the corner where Owen stood. He couldn't make heads of it, but there was something odd about that corner. He stepped towards it slowly, with hands reaching forwards.
"Oh, I give up," Owen said as suddenly as he appeared before the man. The owner jumped back and was about to shout when the thief placed a finger on his lip and a knife to the man's throat. "Not if I were you," he threatened.
The shopowner's eyes grew wide with panic. His breathing became erratic. "P-p-please--" he started to say.
"Oh geez, I won't kill you, old man." Then Owen flipped his knife and hit the man behind his neck with butt of his knife. "Not yet, at least."
I have not done this in a long time so please tell me where improvements are needed ^^
