"BEASTS! IN THE CASTLE!"
Hogwarts has had a break-in. Due to the destructive nature of Severus Snape's spell Hogwart's defenses were momentarily down and several dangerous beasts have wandered in from the Forbidden Forest.
A Troll is stumbling around the girls' bathroom.
A Blast-Ended Skrewt has climbed in to the upper corridors.
A Manticore has been found in the dungeons.
A trio of Acromantula are scuttling around the eastern-most tower.
If you're brave enough, you might consider helping your school take out these threats. Each and every one of these beasts are considerably dangerous though, watch your step!
To take part, please PM which beast you will help destroy and a 10-action list, from any of the following:
[attack] Cast an offensive spell to do some damage to the monster.
[defend] Cast a shield charm to protect yourself from the beast.
[cover] Defends another attacker from harm.
[jinx] Cast a confusion spell on the beast.
[combo] Does high damage if uses in the same time as other attackers.
Just like your spells, you cannot use the same action twice in a row. On top of this, you cannot use the same action more than three times in your list.
Remember, I'll only accept action PM'd to me, although you may discuss your actions (or not :c) in the thread. At the end of the phase I will post the results! You can be sure to receive prizes if you manage to down your chosen beast, but if some beasts are left unchecked there may be consequences...
