Chit-Chat: Home is where the Challenges are

Yeah using a super-speeded ROM makes it a hell of a lot easier. I could finish a challenge a day if I wanted to. The only downside is that when you play a game you can't super-speed it feels like it's dragging on forever. At least the challenge itself makes the game a lot more enjoyable.

On another note, I stupidly overwrote my save file on my Emerald Ground Ultimate Monotype when I was at Fortree so I'm just gonna clean up a few other challenges before continuing with that. Also, I'm really trying to think of a good challenge I can create, so be looking out for that in the future ;)

My resolutions regarding challenges: Stop signing up for so many of them lol xD And finish the ones left from last year xD
 
January 8th...hm. What did I have that day...? I think I had bacon cheese fries that day!

And I need to sign up for more this year. I think because I don't find XY replayable and I prefer playing challenges on the latest games, that's what put me off from signing up in a lot of challenges last year. With ORAS though, I think that'll help me out of my slump and get me into more of them. It will probably be during summer, though. I wanna focus on school more this semester.
 
I still think XY are plenty replayable given their gigantic variety of Pokémon to use during the main story, which is why i've had several goes of them.

But as for my current Alpha Sapphire challenge, let's hope I can get that done soon so I can get to the bigger stuff.
 
Hello everyone, I'm back from my months-long (unannounced) hiatus. With school starting again, I found myself having less time to function n this forum, but I think I'm at a point where I can do that again. I am the owner of two abandoned challenges (I read your post, Necrum, and I'm sorry) and I'd like to give them away. I am coming back, but I don't think I'll be running any challenges for a while. They are the Mega Evolution challenge and the NPC Trainer challenge. If anyone would like to take them, they are free to do so. I do plan to continue the challenges I signed up for, mainly the Monotypes.

They're all yours, just contact a mod and you can take them. Hopefully you'll do much better with them than I did.
 
I still have the Anime Style Challenge up for grabs, and I don't know if that was arranged to be taken by anybody else yet. I'll keep the Wedlocke Challenge though, and that reminds me i'll have to bump that thread with my next helping of that soon.
 
Can we get something like a "Challenge Archive" Where old and challenges which keep dying are put so people can try something new that might not be very popular, obviously it doesn't need to be updated for "Champions" (Unless you wanted to) but people could post those completed challenges anyway?
 
Say, is there a thread for the Wonderlocke or WonderWedlocke? Because I know there's a Wonder Trade challenge thread, but the only thing of a -locke there is Hard mode where if something faints you trade it away. If not I may have to make a thread for it myself!

I don't think there is one.
 
Oh geez... Now someone needs a shiny Kyurem and we'll have three Trade Corner natives that are present holders of the shiny tao trio. They weren't present in Gen V so that would be a fun discovery.
