How addicted are you to Pokecommunity?

    This thread is not to be confused with How long are you on PC per day. To put it simply, say you got grounded, left the forum, or your computer was ripped up by an angry hippopotamus. How hard would you try to get back to PC/how long would you stay away/how much would you harm the hippo?


    Personally, I'm not addicted. Of course, I've attempted to leave the forum twice on two different occasions and come back, but third time's the charm. I wouldn't be bawling over not being able to come to Pokecommunity, but I'd be upset. I wouldn't try sneaking on the computer, I can stay away for just how long I wish, and I'd be killing the hippo for a different reason. But I am devoted.
     
    Ugh, dude. When I first joined up here, I would be signed in for 4+ hours a day, legit. However, that was before I realized that i did, infact, have a life outside of mindlessly scouring the dark shadows of various online pokemon-forums. Now I'm hardly on 2 hours a week =/

    I've made probably about umm...4 or 5 *official* attempts at leaving this site, all of which ended in total failure, usually within 3 or 4 hours. Yeah, pathetic, I know.
     
    Addiction is such a powerful word. It makes those of us who frequent this community very often sound, well, a tad bit like a stalker. xD

    Would I say I'm addicted to the Pokecommunity? No, not really. If I wanted to, I could leave this community at any given time for any given time. The better question is, would I ever see the need to?

    Sure, I may be logged on the community for the vast majority of my waking day, but that doesn't mean I'm not doing other things while surfing around. If I was addicted to the site, I would keep myself completely glued to the screen and become some kind of hermit. :o

    I do enjoy being around the community, however. It does entertain me for hours on end.
     
    As often as I come on here and as much as I enjoy it- life would go on for me quite easily if I could never come back
     
    I am in no way, at all, addicted to PC. Now if something happen to my computer, I'd go mad...but not over PC. I'm addicted to the net and GFX, not forums :P So yea...I'd pwn that dang dirty hippo with a bat!

    I'm proud to say I am not addicted to PC. However I do love this place for whatever odd reason and I'd probably be really angry and/or depressed if PC died.
    I try to come on and post every so often and manage the usergroups and stuff. XD
     
    I wouldn't say addicted...but I sure do love it, and I'd have a hard time leaving. It's always open on my browser whenever I'm on my computer =P
     
    If you call logging on to PC being the first thing I do in the morning and after school, and refreshing PC the last thing I do before I go to bed being addicted, then yeah I guess I am.

    It didn't use to be like this, not too long ago I would only log in once a day for about 20 minutes.
     
    I'm not addicted. I used to be, but not so much. I only go to PC because I got used to get going? frankly if I log in at 12 noon, I wouldn't notice that I actually went in PC till 7 in the evening.
    Also, I only go to PC just to answer some PMs and VMs.
     
    I wouldn't say I'm addicted, just that I spend a lot of time here. I won't spend hours at a time just watching and refreshing the page, though.
     
    Very. It's basically all that I do in my day except eating. x.x;
     
    No, I stopped posting here for about 2-3 months but then I was bored so decided to start posting again. Now I'm not sure, I would be addicted if suddenly there was 400 new topics for me to post in, I would post in all of them at once but there isn't.
     
    Umm. I'm not addicted at all I don't think...well...I don't know. If I did get banned at home I would be pretty upset and would probably find a way...but I wouldn't like...pay money or kill anyone for it XP
     
    I've just become familiar with this place to the point that it's now a regular haunt of mine. I don't really have a reason to be here but it's nice to be somewhere; if pressed I suppose I'd say I'm accumilating a respectable post count.
    I'm a super mod somewhere else so I could leave without being lost with nowhere to go.
     
    Well I visit here more than once a day normally. XD
     
    I'm logged on for the majority of the day, but I do other things during that time. I spend a good amount of time here, but I'm not addicted/obessed with PC.
