I have always had horrendous vision, was put in glasses as soon as I was in first grade when teachers saw that I could barely make out what was on the blackboard. I prefer contact lenses today, but still keep glasses handy too.
It's a near-sighted vision type- I can read without contacts if the text is right in from of me, say the book in my hand, but words blur out after a couple of feet away, so wouldn't be able to read a sign post, and I have to wear corrective lenses by law to drive- I am in the territory of legal blindness without them. I believe I am 20/200 in one eye, and the other is even worse.
What about my pc siblings, how good or bad are your eyes?
