I'd want to hug it, it looks liks an angel. I'd be careful how I did it though since the temperatures of it's wings can reach 290 degrees below Fahrenheit. So hug with the caveat that I have some kind of insulating, thermal protective gear to stop frostbite.

I don't know if I'd give Poliwrath a hug. It seems like it doesn't know its own strength and might crush me. Instead, I'd give it a fist bump. It looks more like fist bumper anyway. lol
