Regular ice cream is far too rich for me, now that I'm used to frozen yogurt. Plus, I get a low-fat, no sugar, organic frozen yogurt, so it's even less rich than the normal stuff. That's what I'm used to though, and once you get used to the better for you stuff, the normal stuff tastes bad to you. There's no way I could ever eat any sort of normal dessert like a sundae or chocolate cake or anything like that without getting really sick now.
So yeah, that's why I like frozen yogurt.
