Even though it's the wrong religion, my family has celebrated certain religious holidays since I was a kid (one of which is more just for fun and we usually ignore it). Well one of them involves alcohol.
Just a suggestion...if it's around 3-4pm or later and you haven't eaten a meal yet that day, don't drink. Specifically, don't drink more than you had in the past.
It didn't help matters that I had a high fever and didn't know it haha.
The combination of the two was not very fun. I:
