Actually intelligence is pretty evenly distributed on PC. One reason I enjoy these hallowed forums at times is because of that. Of course there's always a newbie or upstart too, and that's irritating, but c'est la vie.

Define "smart".
I would like to say Discussions & Debates (not biased I swear!!11!1!) is one of the "smarter" sections on PC, buuuuuuuuuuuuut I post in there, and in addition to that it's attracted its share of.....lower IQ lifeforms over the years, so clearly it can't be D&D.
besides, the truly correct answer of ban appeals/banned user discussion has already been given
