I'm expected to find and apply for 4 jobs in 2 weeks, I already applied to one and got rejected and I can't find anything else :/

I decided to try again with one that I had applied for back in January but never heard back from

One of the many places I had applied to years ago was Wal-Mart. I actually got to the initial interview phase, and thought it went really well. I called the next day, and they claimed they 'lost my job application'. :/

But it's really a lot of hit and miss, with more miss than hit. If you don't get out there and apply to several places on a regular basis, you're not going to find a job. Just think of the moneeez! ($_$)

I had to apply for literally over 50+ jobs and go to 10 interviews before I found a job lol

It's all about perserverance

I got all my jobs through contacts. Well, I say all, but I've only had like two actual jobs lol

Still. Don't underestimate the people you get to know in school or friends of friends.

I will probably land a job after this thesis through my supervisor or other folks of the same institute
