Chit-Chat: it's a beautiful day in the neighbourhood

I'm so unlucky atm. First off a wooden beam fell on my knee due to the storm outside, then a bit later I accidentally bump the same knee against my desk

When I was in high school I had a caffeinated drink almost every day. In recent years however, I am down to three a week tops, and no more than one a day. During the Summer time, once I finish my Pepsi on the rocks, I know it's time to go back inside the house.

Good morning.

Nah but really guys, if you want to lose weight, soda is the first thing you drop. I lost 5 pounds the month I dropped soda. Next for me is processed sugar (or at least cutting my intake by a lot)

Hey, gaining weight if you want/need to is a equally admirable goal, however gaining it from soda/junk food isnt good either. Gotta get that PROTEIN

I don't set resolutions because I always forget them
This is more than a resolution for me. It's been something I've been wanting to do since August, but with my schedule being set then, I could never really get around to it. However, my new schedule for 2018 was finalized today, and I got everything worked out. :]

Yeah, New Year's resolutions never work out for me, but I have been meaning to get more active lately. Unfortunately I'm stuck sitting here in the house with all this pent-up excess energy because it's constantly pouring with rain right now - despite being the middle of summer.
