It's not really martial arts when half of the fight is either beam spam or just brute force clashing at each other. At this point, DBZ is just a cosmic scale bar fight.
Going into spoiler territory here but:

During the tournament when it was time for Vegeta and Goku to face U6the majority of the matches actually required thought or tactics to defeat the enemy. VS Hit was especially brilliant in this bit, as it brought back Kaoiken and had both Goku and Hit operating at insanely high levels of speed to read their opponenets movements and practically alter between hits and defensive manouvers. Of course thst ended on a Kamehameha but eh, the majority was still not brute force. And the recent Trunks arc has Goku sparring with Zamasu, which has Goku paying attention to his fighting style. Not to mention Goku Black is almost a 1:1 copy of Goku,s own style, so he might actually have to change his movements to eventually overcome this threat.
