Going through PreCure withdrawl here... no new Suite episode last week and this week CureCom/Doremi is being really slow at subbing #38. On top of that YPC5 seems to have stalled out.

At least I'm getting my mahou shoujo fix by revisiting Nanoha... currently up to ep. 20 of StrikerS.

Finished The Tatami Galaxy not too long ago. Why is it that all the "good" shows have repetition as a central theme?

Arcana Heart 3 might be a good one if you're that into animu fightan gaems. Also, I'd hold off on getting blazblue until the NA announcement of Continuum Shift: Extend since that will likely come with all of CSII's DLC and since the current console versions won't be able to get the newest character. Otherwise, PS3 has no gaems.

Probably a good idea to pick up Totori anyway, it's already sold out on Amazon and you don't want to end up paying $100+ for a copy of the LE on ebay like happened with Hyperdimension Neptunia (which is an awful game and I recommend to no one, hah.) I'd get Totori except I'm broke @_@

Next PreCure has been announced, Smile Precure.

Also Kugimiya has been added to the Kill Me Baby cast. I expected her to be in it from the off and was excited to not see her in it....oh well. :/

Mirai Nikki 8. Haha I'd always considered the Akise Aru x Yuki relationship to be like Kawuru and Shinji but they've even got the same voice actor in Akira Ishida, awesome.

It's refreshing to see Keima showing some regret for what he's been doing all this time. I've always felt that he didn't understand that the "real" have feelings, and now that he's "conquered" a girl who won't forget what he did, he can see that there are consequences.

There are probably going to be new Cures showing up later on in the season, it's not like PreCure 5 where the title pretty much locked them into having five Cures. XD

Not a big fan of the character art floating around, it reminds me too much of Fresh and I wasn't a fan of that season. Heartcatch and Suite have been the best as far as I'm concerned and something about this new season doesn't quite make my expectations go through the roof.

So I see you watch the other half of the Kamen Rider/Precure hour XD I just find it unusual that all five cures would be spoiled at once before the show even airs as it hasn't been that way since I started watching Precure. There's always some leaked pic from a catalog of upcoming products that spoils who the next Cure is, but it's never more than a month or two before the Cure is actually revealed in the show. I just love speculating XD

I'm waiting until all of Fresh has been subbed before beginning it, though I've seen buckets of fanart for the series so I'm familiar with all of the characters. The Smile Precure characters actually look more like the Yes! Precure crew to me if only because they have bigger eyes and the shorter, less adolescent body type than Fresh/Suite characters did. Either way, I'm not feeling it either.

My 250Gb HDD which is half full already isn't gonna like Smile PreCure even if I do... I might have to go back to the old method of "download, watch, and delete" like I had to on my old comp...

A Cure with glasses in her Cure form would be awesome. Just saying.

Of course, if Smile already starts out with 5 Cures, and more show up randomly/persuaded from the forces of evil/released from being brainwashed, just how many Cures are there gonna be this season? It'll be like an All-Stars DX Movie, lol

I'm at the point where I only archive things that I think I'll watch again. As much as I like Precure, it doesn't generally fall under this category :p (Heartcatch for sure, though.)

You know, an interesting twist would be Cures being converted to the side of evil instead of the other way around for once. That would be a pretty great fakeout on Toei's part and would give the opportunity for new Cures to still be introduced in the season, though I have a feeling that they're just going to play the show ultra-orthodox next season. Suite hasn't done quite as well as Heartcatch, yeah? I guess they're done with their experiment of quietly adding otaku appeal to the show and going back to the lucrative market of little girls who love plastic crap, heh.
