i am in new york and i'm staying with my dad for a few weeks and then going to see my best friend who lives in another town a few hours away from where my dad lives. gonna stay with her for almost a week and i'm so fucking excited because i haven't seen her in a year. you best believe we're gonna take all the selfies we can and i'm gonna spend as much time as possible with her bc she means so much to me and i'm so happy i can see her holy fuck

with my dad we have a variety of plans, mostly revolving around going to the library a lot and a board game shop nearby my dad's apartment. it won't be too bad i guess. i just miss my mom a lot and having an actual bed to sleep on. (we use air mattresses. long story.)

so uh..yeah. should be a pretty good month i'd say

I do plan on moving at the end of the month, though, assuming things go well. That will be exciting enough without adding too many more things to the plan. :P

Fairly busy month; i'm travelling down to meet up with a couple of friends for alcohol-related excursions next weekend, then on the 14th i'm going to Manchester for some management training skills thing for work.

Then i'm due in for my op on the 18th (or the 20th, I forget?), so i'll be out of commission for two weeks.

the 4th is tomorrow and we have yet to think of what we want to do

we will probably grill some burgers!

I'm gonna be working this whole month. Not a lot else. I'm planning on having a week of from work at some point, though. Either sometime this month or next month, I haven't decided yet.

Also, thanks for reminding me that I have don't absolutely nothing but work so far this year. It makes me feel old.

I'm starting training for a new job this month, finishing up class, and moving out of my current dorm. I'm feeling a little sad because my roommates and i wanted to live together but we're all getting split up for next school year. As a celebration we're throwing a party at the dorm before we move out and inviting everyone we met this school year. That's about it for July.
