Kingdom Hearts Series.

Can anyone explain to me the situation with Sora and Riku in the first game. I know the kingdom key was originally Riku's, but I'm confused as to how Sora obtained it and what happened to his keyblade if he has Riku's.

Spoiler:

Ryukaa is all wrong.

Sora obtain the keyblade by taking Rikus Keyblade. the reason Sora can wield two cause of Ventus.

If Ventus left Sora's body, he will only be able to wield one.

Huh?
How did he get his Keyblade from Riku in the first place then? ._.;
Remember what Terra said in BBS.

"Keyblade choose their masters" and Aqua already gave Sora the Rite to wield a keyblade. So he took the keyblade with his own power. Plus even a bigger hint that he took Riku's Keyblade where Sora faces off with Terra in KHIIFM. Terra said this to Sora "You're not the one I chose" Meaning Terra gave the rite to Riku to take on teh power of Keyblade if Terra failed defeating Xehanort, and Aqua felt that Terra already did that to Riku, so He did with Sora, and giving Sora a mission to not let Riku go into the darkness. Just Ven's heart in Sora was the reason why Sora can wield 2 Keyblades. Ventus was original left handed, and in the final fight with Xemnas in KH2 where he takes Riku's Keyblade (Or his) I forgot which on in his left hand, and he was holding it like Ventus would of held it to finish him off.

Plus, Explain how Riku took his Keyblade from KH1. Well after the speech of him having his friends as his power the Keyblade went back to Sora cause of his heart. Riku's keyblade originally is now Sora's Keyblade.

Aqua already gave Sora the Rite to wield a keyblade
..?
Really? o-o
I remember before she was about to peform the rite on him, she decided not to, because Terra had already done it to Riku. :I

Well, doesn't matter. Things will be clearer in KHIII. xDD;;

~Ryuuka's right. Aqua didn't perform the rite on Sora. Aqua accidentally performed it on Kairi, letting Kairi able to weild Destiny's Embrace. It's because Ven's heart is inside Sora, that Sora can weild his own Keyblade along with Ven's.

As for Riku being able to wield Sora's keyblade in KH I, it's just one Keyblade wielder taking someone else's key. It's the same with Aqua & Eraqus's Keyblade.

in Kh1 Sora did take Riku's Keyblade. and How Sora Got it back by his power.
Ventus has nothing to do with Sora's first Keyblade.
His second Keyblade has something to do with Ventus.

I was wrong about Aqua's Rite. She WAS going to. But didnt want Sora to Fight Riku

this what Nomura said about Aqua's Visit to Disney Island.

-- In Aqua's chapter, on the Destiny Islands, was Aqua originally intending to perform the Keyblade rite for Sora or Riku?

Nomura: Yes. When Aqua met Sora and Riku, she was on the point of realising that she may end up having to fight Terra. At that point she was going to perform the rite of succession for Sora, but realised that Terra had already performed the rite for Riku. Not wanting sora and Riku to end up fighting like she and Terra in the future, she didn't perform the rite for Sora. This is the meaning behind her murmurs that "One must not get too close to a chosen one," and "I must not make them walk the same path." When she tells Sora he must save Riku if he ends up walking the wrong path, she's projecting her own thoughts onto Sora.

But Sora Took Riku's Keyblade in the beginning of KH1.

I've asked you this before, but you didn't seem to give a direct answer. :/
How did Sora get Riku's keyblade in the first place? You're just saying the time it happens.
