Gen 3 and it was finishing the Sevii Islands post-game quest. As well as rechallenging the elite four with a new Heracross and Tyranitar on my team. I absolutely love gen 3.

Gen 3, but the actually good game from that gen. Which is to say, Leaf Green.

Leaf just got her in-game team to level 100 after the most recent rematch with the Elite Four. In between, there's been egg hatching. 155+ hours of game time Still got some left to do in-game yet.

I too think Leaf Green is superior to the likes of Fire Red. Leaf Green has more of my preferred picks like Starmie, Slowbro, Magmar, Sandslash, and Victreebel.

Recently finished X and Y and ORAS in celebration of mega coming back to Z-A. Beat both post game stories and had multiple megas on each team. Still the best battle gimmick! It's also hard to believe that gen VI is now considered an "old gen" 😂 discovered the battle background item mechanic for the first time. Blew my mind
My X team was something different than what I normally do. I boxed my starter (first time it was weird) I used
Raichu, Flareon, Areyodactyl (mega), Abomasnow (mega), Scolipede, Clawitzer. I turned off exp. Share for this as well
ORAS was
Blaziken (Mega), Alakazam (Mega), Aggron (Mega), Beedrill (mega) Cacturne, Sismetoad.
Loved taking turns Mega evolving with both these teams. Last thing I did was get my first hatched shiny in X!

Gen 1. I like that I can still come up with different team compositions even after having replayed the games a bunch.

I guess technically gen 3's FireRed though that playthrough is kinda on pause as I'm tending to other games atm. Did a large chunk of it and then kinda just dropped it for the time being due to a SR shiny hunt I was doing in it going miserably.

I'm currently playing a slightly hacked Platinum - all I did was randomize the starters. I got spheal.

I'm also playing emerald seaglass which is just updated emerald basically. Has some added features but overall combines the feel of gen 2 and 3 very nicely.

Replayed Gen. II (Virtual Console) not too long ago after finally being able to trade some of my Shinies to another 3DS so I could restart without losing them.
