Last One to Post Wins! v4

Aye, have a great trip!

*Wins whilst Lavender's away*

They should just give people the day off when the temperature goes above a certain threshold.

Since our institute is funded completely by Ministry of Education, hence all weather alerts are followed according to the guidelines of public services.

Though I am not feeling comfortable in hostel that much, and having tough time to fell asleep.....

😭😭😭

I don't recall any weather based cancelled school days when I was in school.
I did once have a day off from work, like a couple years back by now, due to a code red storm warning though.

A couple days at my university they cancelled some later classes for the day because of severe stormy weather. One of those times me, along with a bunch of other students all grouped by the building we were in's doors, watched as the water from the storm was starting to move a wheelie bin down the street. That was hilarious!!!

Going to work also means no days of. And in all those years I've been working I've had two instances where we could go ~1 hour earlier. The first one was a nearby WW2 bomb that was found. And the other one was when my boss left earlier than usual.

Granted, the others always find a reason for leaving early. So, I'm basically the only one who sticks around until my time for the day is up. ^^"

Megan is a workaholic confirmed. =O

The only times I had time off from school is when there were classes that got cancelled due to the teacher being sick and there being no replacement available.

i'm lucky i get public holidays and easter and christmas off at work

School would send us inside when temperature got 'bout 40 degrees.

Sorry to hear Delta been there too many times myself too hope you get more comfortable soon!

It will take time before I get accustomed to all these changes. I don't know anyone around here, language is also different, and the lifestyle is tiring me out because I am not used to live like this normally.

At least I will learn something from these days which might be helpful in future.

got called in to go to work today on my day off DX

Work sounds fun...

I noticed on Youtube some channel had a video on whether some further information for Legends: Z-A was going to be revealed during the world championships, but I was busy and didn't watch it. Would be great to get more on that, even if it's just the starters for it.

Hello! What are we talking about today?~

In terms of days off I guess all the interesting stuff I have to add is just mentioning I'd skip school constantly when I was in high school so it's more like I ended up having "days on" where I'd break from the usual by actually... attending like I was supposed to...
Days off from work are different because I really don't like taking them in general, I've had several jobs but haven't been able to shake the fear that if I end up taking days away (whether it's a scheduled vacation or a sudden absence) then I'll be completely fired. I feel like I'm still clinging onto the idea that me trying to take a day or two off from my last job was why I ended up losing it.

I do really hope we'll get something for Z-A at Worlds, just being able to hear something more about it would be nice because I feel like we have a lot of questions with this only being the second Legends game. I'm more curious about what's going to change from Arceus and what's going to be kept. Like how many new ideas from Arceus are just going to exclusive to that game, and how many are just things that any Legends game will include?

I definitely felt tempted to skip school last year due to feeling really stressed/burnt out; but I never ended up going through with it because my school is really strict on attendance and they'll call the cops if you're out a certain number of days without an excuse, and you only get like 5 excused absences max for the year anyway. This year I'm doing a bunch of dual enrollment classes and my day is only from ~8-11:30AM, so I don't mind going as much now.

homeschool means no days off lol (im back btw)
Welcome back!

I generally don't pay attention to announcements like Nintendo directs. They could just release a game without any announcements at all for all I care =P
